[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you need this type of product you worry about so many things, will they fit, will they be comfortable, will they be absorb as they should, will they smell till I can change them, will they leak, will they show, will they irritate my skin or my loved ones skin, will they clump in awkward places. I have to say the the Member's Mark Total Protection - Member's Mark Total Protection Incontinence Underwear for Men and Women, XXL worked really well overall for everything for my household for my elderly father. The sizing was close to target, but ran a bit tight in the legs, that is why I didn't give it a 5/5 stars, if I could have given a 4+, I would have given that score.

These Total Protection Incontinence Underwear from First Quality are perfect for me. They aren’t too tight in the waist or legs. They are good to sleep in and give me the proper protection I need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are absorbent and comfortable. The fit is good and there's a good amount of stretch at the hips and waistband. The feel pretty close to regular underwear and aren't bulky. I would recommend these to anyone who has bladder leakage issues.

The main difference is that the Member's Mark Total Protection Underwear comes in a double extra large size which provides him with all the protection he needs, plus the comfort he wants. He says they are easy to get on and off, comfortable under his clothes, and provide good absorbency. He also likes that the bigger size tends to fit more like a pair of boxers rather than a brief, which he considers a positive.
