I have to say the the Member's Mark Total Protection - Member's Mark Total Protection Incontinence Underwear for Men and Women, XXL worked really well overall for everything for my household for my elderly father. The sizing was close to target, but ran a bit tight in the legs, that is why I didn't give it a 5/5 stars, if I could have given a 4+, I would have given that score.

These Total Protection Incontinence Underwear from First Quality are perfect for me. They aren’t too tight in the waist or legs. They are good to sleep in and give me the proper protection I need.

He actually was upbeat when I suggested he try these for the days we have to travel for appts. He says they fit great and not bulky feeling like he thought they be. It is not fun when our parents reach the age/health when they need these items, but it is great that they can help them keep their independence for as long as they can. I am glad these are available and I do recommend this product.
