On first start up the high pressure hose split. Called the Simpson customer service line and the replacement hose (25' standard# is not in stock. It will take 15 business days #3 weeks# to ship it out to me. Customer service was a bit brusque and not anxious to help with workarounds. Needed the washer for work this coming weekend. Not satisfied so far.

Been using 20 year old Honda with 1600PSI. Can't believe the difference between this this one and the old one. Very satisfied

Nice home pressure washer. Clean even tough areas. Good flexible hose and several spray heads. Easy to assemble.
