I have only had this machine for 2 weeks. Used it 3 times and has worked great. In the instructions it says to be careful of the muffler . They say it gets hot and don't touch it. It is close to the pull cord and you may have an inkling to put your hand on it while pulling it. PAINT THE COVER TO THE MUFFLER RED GUYS !!! That would help. Safety first. It is so easy to want to put your hand on the muffler cover when restarting this machine.

I’ve had this unit for 2 months now and used it to fully power wash an entire deck, the side and back of my house, my back steps (25 cement steps), two vehicles, two driveways and two sets of sidewalks. This unit performs PERFECTLY!!! Lots of POWER!!! One problem I had, is that the wand stopped working. It would not spray water at all. So I called Customer Service, and the representative apologized for the failure, and after looking up my order, promptly setup for a replacement to be sent to me! AWESOME SERVICE!!! Thank you!!!

I probably only have 20 hours on this machine, but it was worked flawlessly and has tackled everything I've thrown at it - siding, concrete, marine, and auto. The quick change fittings are easy to use and prefer them to any kind of rotating "select-o-stream" wand. Its a compact powerhouse with a good pump... Im expecting many years of service from it. My only complaint is that it does not have a detergent reservoir incorporated into its design.

Great Product. Quieter and more powerful than I thought it would be. Has a good solid feel without being too heavy to move around and put in the vehicle. Amazingly low fuel consumption. Pump is rock solid, and the warranty makes it even sweeter. Get a longer hose and you'll be about as happy as one can be while cleaning.

Delivery company arrived and carton was upside down. After previous posts viewed expected the worst. Not the problem. Packed well and no leaked oil or broken/damaged parts. Assembled and started in about 1/2 hour with no effort. Everything worked properly. Unit is small so it does walk a bit, but is easy to move. Wand works as should with no leaks, but it would be nice to have a 40 or 50 foot hose. Replaced a commercial unit and have not given a complete workout yet. Appears to be a quality unit and should do fine for my needs.

I’ve put about 20hrs on the unit so far, overall very impressed with this model. Easy setup and assembly, great easy to follow instructions, easy start and comfortable to use. I chose this model because it was a step up in quality of the engine as well as the pump. The Honda engine is easy to start, runs great, and is a perfect match. Functions throughout powerband without stumbling or overheating. The pump has a well functioning bypass valve, adjustable pressure regulator, sets away from the engine to lessen heat transfer, visible oil level. The lance is leakfree, has easy to change components and a comfortable grip.

Very good product. Performs great. Would like to see improvements with the quick start directions. Specifically with starting your pressure washer for the first time. The pump needs to be adjusted to low pressure for the engine to turn over. Took me too long to figure this out. Also, please add adjustable handle to this unit. These 2 adjustments would give it a 5 star rating!!!

I read some reviews, both positive and negative Saw on the negative how poorly packed the product arrived. Did not have that problem AT ALL! I must not be the only one reading them. Great job packing team! Everything is so nice when new I assembled the unit very easily I live in NorCal, so I purchased some ethanol shield to protect my investment (why not?, it’s just $$$ on top of the still high price of Eco friendly fuel, right?) It fired up first pull, nice!! I ran it and it does a great job! Makes ya not wanna put it down The thing started vibrating pretty loudly, so I quit for that day and after it cooled, I checked it out Apparently someone forgot to tighten the flare nuts on two of the motor mounts. 43 cents later, I had a nice running pressure washer, and have had ever since Thanks Simpson

I purchased this unit for my home needs: driveway/patio cleaning, brick siding, deck cleaning etc. This thing is a powerhouse! Assembly was easy and starting is almost a breeze. The PSI and GPM may seem to be a bit much for residential use, but I was concerned more with time in getting a job done. Definitely quicker than a smaller unit and variance in price. Very happy with purchase.

I have two ot this Hydro Blasters, we cleaned TWO Cooling Towers in Two Days only using the rotating tip. The project was scheduled for fur days, so we didi it in half the time. Definitely this is a great source of equipment for your job. Very efficient gasoline engine gives you four to five hours for one full tank (Amazing)!!!
