From the first time I used it, it’s one pull and go. The pressure is perfect for everything I do around the house. The driveway is the cleanest it’s ever been. My only complaint is that my old one had quick connects for both ends of the pressure hose, but I can add them later. Great machine, my last honda engine last me 30 years and still ran.

I have owned a half dozen power washers, but they all seem like lite weight toys compared to this Simpson model. It is pricier than other washers I have been looking at but it was a great deal for quality and power. This model also uses a Honda engine. I have a small snowblower and lawn mower that are both over 20 years old and both are Honda powered and both have been flawless performers and never needed service other than oil or spark plug. I anticipate with the Simpson pump and the Honda engine this washer will last over 20 years too.

I bought this particular power washer because it has a Honda engine as I have had great success in the past with Honda engine products. This Simpson product had all of the features that I was looking for with great pressure, Honda engine and compact package for storage. I also like the pressure hose that came with this unit as it doesn't bind up like so many other brands.

Quality unit, Honda engine, built like a tank. Out of the box, the little assembly required was easy. Added fluids and it started on the first pull. Cleaned my whole concrete patio/pool area. This pressure washer should be the last pressure washer I ever purchase. The quality is worth every penny spent.

Opened the box today, easy set up, had to put in engine oil 10W-30. Crankcase oil already add before boxed. Very heavy duty hose included 50 ft. I bought addtional 100 ft extension. I have a very large driveway and basketball court and due to the 150 ft of washer to wand hose, I didn't have to move the power washer once. Zero degree apeture attachment (red) allowed me to reach mud dauber nests 23 feet up in entryway.

I am having to get warranty work done for the second time in just over a year losing over two months of operation and time/money taking to service center that is close to an hour away. My friend purchased the same unit around the same time (April 2025) and has had his fixed once already for the same exact reason.

I purchased two weeks ago and it already paid for itself the cost of having someone do the entire house and the pavers in the backyard around the pool. It was much more cost-effective to purchase the Simpson 4200 power washer with all the attachments

I just purchased this and only used it once but I love it. It has a lot of cleaning power and for the weight it is easily transported with the wheels. I will only purchase products with a Honda engine for its easy start and dependability. A little expensive but it does the job.

I purchased this PowerShot 3500 today and put it to work. It was amazing how much pressure it had and it started up easily on the first pull. Assembly was quick and easy. There are some features that aren’t listed in the manual but I found them on line. The Tip Cleaning Tool (which I almost threw away as packaging stuff) and the Adjustable Pressure Valve Controller Knob for example should have been listed in the manual as they are important to the usage of the unit. All in all, I would recommend this unit.

I received this pressure washer a few hours ago. It was easy to assemble, it only took about 10 minutes to completely assemble and put the engine oil in. Although I have not had the chance to use it yet since I do not have any fuel and the water pump oil but weather permitting I will be able to use it tomorrow.
