I've used my pressure washer about 10 times and probably has 20-30 hours on it. This week the pump broke! I think I've had it for over 3 years, so the pump warranty has expired. The pressure washer cost about $530 and the pump alone is over $300 without labor. I had another Honda pressure washer for 20 years and it never failed, but the pump was different. I gave it to my neighbor and it still works. I bought this one for more pressure. Worked great for about 20 hours. If anyone from Sams would like to help you can reach out to me . Thanks!

I bought this pressure washer this morning and was going to give it time to write a review BUT, I don't need to wait. I used it for 7 hours straight today with the only breaks being refilling with gas. This thing is an absolute beast!! Assembly was minimal, fill up with oil and gas, second pull on the rope and it was purring. Excellent tip selection and the soap dispenser works great. Couldn't be happier. Great pressure for stubborn paint removal. For the price it's a no brainer. If your thinking about it just buy it, it's well worth the money and you won't be disappointed.

Have only used it once but so far no issues. Only negative is you have to look up in the manual how much oil to add. In the quick start guides it tells you several times you need to add oil before starting. Just not how much to add. They also sent me 1 qt of oil and that was not enough. I had some so no big deal just something to be aware of.

This machine not only blew the grime away, it blew me away with its performance. I ordered it online from Sams Club and found it delivered on my front porch in about a week for a very low shipping fee. Straight out of the box I read the manual, assembled, added oil, gas and connected water. It started on my first pull of the starter cord and does so everytime I use it. Runs quietly and has a large fuel tank and lets not forget the power. Gets the job done! Very satisfied!!! A GREAT BUY!!!

This power washer was a great pay-off for all the research I did....solid performance, great components. The combination of the GX series Honda motor and the pro-qualtiy pump make this a purchase I will only have to make once. It sets up quickly, works well, is manuverable and compact. Great pride of ownership and a huge savings over other comperable washers.

The pressure washer worked perfectly the first four times, (it's 3 months old). then the internal parts of the pump failed. I called Simpson Cust. Service # disconnected. I e-mailed 3 days ago... no response. I have to rent or buy another washer,to replace this one...... I'm extremely disappointed.

I bought this to blow the dirt off of an uprooted pine tree stump that was blown over in a wind storm. It did a great job washing all the dirt away from the roots. I then used my chainsaw to cut it up. I can't wait to use it for other jobs around the house. It's very powerful. I would buy again.

I had it shipped to my home. I received it in good condition 5 days after purchase. Minor assembly and startup preparation is required. I have only used it for 1 day but it was nearly continuously for 10 hours. The performance was 1st rate. There is a good marriage between engine power and pump so the engine doesn't get overworked. pump output is just right. There is plenty of power when you need it and it is easily capable for light jobs. It ran continuously for hours without incident. It is not exactly good on gas but I think that is a small price to pay for the performance required to do a good job. My only beef would be that the spray gun nozzle rubber grommets in the handle do not hold the nozzles very well and they will fall out during operation. Cost me about 1/2 hour of hunting around in the grass to find one that fell out. I now remove them from their holders during operation. All in all, I would say that the unit was an easily portable and powerful pressure washer for the money and I would recommend it to others for purchase.
