Best pressure washer, ever. I've purchased other pressure washers from Big Box stores - Lowes, Home Depot, but they always break down. This is my 3rd and last pressure washer. It's got an incredible Honda engine, not that piece of junk Briggs churns out to the Home Depots of the world. This one has muscle. Only drawback is the handle. It's short. I wish it was taller

Powerful enough for residential home. Easy to use. Unfortunately, handle bar doesn’t align to place bolts easily. (I had this issue with the DeWalt I purchased and returned bc of this issue). It also does not have an internal tank for soap. Requires premium gas which makes it more difficult to maintain. Incredibly loud. I would spend the little extra on a different brand or model.

Love it. Looks durable. Starts easily. Excellent price for 3200 PSI/ 2.8 GPM and highly rated pump. After learning how to adjust pressure with nozzle changes and distance from object being cleaned, we cleaned 50 year old patio, black with mildew, in good time without damaging it. Washed pool before re-plastering with ease. Made diving board which had previously looked trashed, look like new. Cleaned house siding quickly. Cleaned mildew from slate patio with 1/2 inch grout lines without damaging slate or washing out grout. We now plan to wash outdoor furniture, remove paint from wicker furniture and blast asphalt driveway to prepare for sealing.

Everything has been great thus far. All of the instructions were very easy to follow in putting the pressure washer together and getting it ready for first use. After following all of the instructions, and starting the pressure washer up, I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was and smooth running.

Assembled unit in minutes. Filled motor with oil provided and gas and it started on the first pull. The Honda engine on this unit has plenty of power for the pump that comes factory filled with oil. The 3200 psi realy did a nice job on cleaning my wood deck that was dark gray and made it look almost new again. I looked on-line at several wb-sites and this unit sold for $749 to $799. $499 at Sam's plus tax and only $13.50 to ship.

This is my second simpson pressure washer. The first lasted 8 years and performed great. This was has not been used yet, but with the Honda motor and triplex pump expectations are high. One noticeable difference with this machine is how short the wand is, but easy to change out.

This unit (Model PS3228) has a MSRP of $899 and Sam's Club offered it for $499! No other retailer came close to matching Sam's price. Being a commercial unit, it has a Honda GX-200 engine and a Triplex plunger pump versus smaller engines and axial cam pumps in consumer units. It's simply built to be durable under heavy duty use. Easy assembly; started right up; great power and acceptable noise level. However, I'd suggest you pick up a 50-ft. hose. The 25-ft. hose supplied forces you to move the machine too often.

A couple of years ago, I purchased a Simpson MSV 3100 at Sam's that had an amazing Honda GSV 190 engine. When it failed, we decided to buy a replacement and to have the MSV 3100 repaired as a back-up. We then purchased the Simpson Mega Shot 3100 at Sam's. After using it for one day, it vibrated so bad (most likely an adjustment) it would shake your eye-teeth out. So, we returned it to Sam's. We had considered the Simpson Power Shot 3200, but Sam's was out of stock and everyone else was selling the same unit for over $800. We then purchased a Troy Bilt pressure washer from Lowe's with similar specs as the 3100 and the same Honda motor for $399. Not a bad unit, but it comes with a .25 gal fuel tank, which will last about 40 minutes, you can't fill the fuel tank (poor design) with anything other than an one or maybe two gallon fuel can, the 30 ft hose must have been the cheapest thing they could find and cheap, plastic wheels...guess what...it also went back. I then checked back on-line and Sam's was showing the Simpson Power Shot 3200 back in stock for online purchases. (Point being, if you want this unit and Sam's shows it's available online, don't hesitate, buy it. The day after I purchased mine, Sam's was out of stock again.) I now own this Simpson Power Shot 3200. WOW, what a difference! I now understand why the prices jump up so much when considering a 3100 psi unit @ 2.5 gpm vs. a 3200 psi unit w/2.8 gpm. The difference is simply amazing. This monster cut my cleaning time (for concrete) by at least half...and more like 2/3. Bottom line, if you need a serious unit, this by far is the most bang for the buck. After using it for the first time today AND using it's predecessors, I would have gladly paid $200 more for this unit. Please note: The instructions clearly state you must have a water supply that can supply 5 gallons of water per minute. You need to apply that math with this unit. When I first hooked it up to the hose and tested it, it "burped" after a minute or so. I then cracked open the manual, read the water psi and gallon per minute (gpm) requirements, found a spigot that put out 5 gpm and the unit preformed flawlessly. Also, a longer hose will greatly diminish water pressure...just grab a 5 gallon bucket and see if you can fill it up in 60 seconds before you connect it to your unit. Again, this is by far the BEST pressure washer for the $$$. Also, purchase the service agreement for this unit, it's stupid cheap from Sam's and the Simpson's customer service leaves a lot to be desired, especially during this time of year. Cheers! I've put my Simpson Powershot through its paces cleaning my 27 foot RV, motorcycle and an off-road vehicle. The 25 foot hose negates having to constantly relocate the washer. Perfect for RV maintenance. The Honda engine fires up on the first or second pull. The only accessory I've added. is a foam cannon for large area cleaning

After giving my son my old Craftsman pressure washer I wanted to get a heavy duty machine. This one fills that bill. It is a very well constructed unit and I selected this one with a Honda engine due to great performance and reliability with Honda engines in the past. I did have to drill holes to attach the handle to the base machine because the holes were not close to being aligned. But not a big deal and the instruction manual does not address the adjustment knob on top of the AAA pump so I have to figure that out. But the machine is robust and I expect years of service.
