Unboxing and setup were very easy. Less than 30 min later I was putting it to good use. I like the low profile and how the different nozzles are securely held in place. My first big job was cleaning the aggregate near my pool. Pressure was really good and a full tank lasts a long time. Very happy with my purchase so far.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this machine and did a lot of reading the reviews before deciding to purchase it I hope it turns out to be a good purchase their are some issues though. I was convinced that I wanted the Honda engine and triple action pump so that's what I bought it was pricey. That all being said here's issues I had so far .Number 1 issue was the handle holes were off 3/8 of a inch I shortened the handle by 3/8 of inch that fixed that issue next the tires were flat I aired them up one held air just fine but the other was flat over night so I called support and they sent me a new wheel assembly that was a good experience.I don't like the hose set up it came with it needs to have quick coupler 's on both ends of hose that would certainly help with getting the hose back on the storage rack.lastly I've only used it once Engine wants to surge and back fires not sure what's going on there looking for trouble shooting info.Will probley be contacting support.

I bought to replace 15-year-old washer at first of year. Just now assembled which was very easy as well as easy to crank up. This machine is much easier to position and move around. After two usings I am glad I made the decision and selection on this purchase.

We don’t know if it worked because it arrived damaged and missing parts. We returned but it was not available to reorder.

I purchased this pressure washer a fewer weeks ago and it is living up to my expectations. I love the quality and ease of use. This pressure washer it much more quieter than my previous one, love the Honda engine.

I bought this piece of equipment 6 weeks ago .Have used it once. The thermal relief valve was defective. Has been in the shop. Waiting for the part. Recommend looking else where. The Honda motor was the best part.

I did my homework on pressure washers and chose the Simpson 3300 PSI outfitted with the commercial-grade Honda engine. It is high powered and has not disappointed in any area after continued use over 2 months.

This machine packs a punch. It has lots of cleaning power and is great value for the money. I would have liked a more heavy duty hose but this one is OK. It is a little hard starting but overall it's worth the money

I had a power washer that lasted 10 years when I had to replace it. The past 2 that I bought were total garbage. I did a lot of research and this one seemed to be a good option. Fingers crossed that it lasts. It seems to run smoothly.
