I've borrowed my neighbors for years and finally bought my own. The PS3228-S was suggested to me and did not let me down! Mother of 5 so I need things to work when they are supposed to! Don't have time to mess around! Very reliable, easy to start and work with. My neighbor borrows mine now!

I shopped around for a few days and found the cheapest price at Sams,even though some companies didn't charge sales tax,it was still cheaper.I have used it once and found it to be very good.I would recommend on getting another hose to connect to the 25ft one it comes with.If you are planning on using a surface cleaner with this pressure washer ,check to see if this has enough GPM to run it effectively you may want to spend extra money on a more powerful unit

I bought this pressure washer a year ago and pull it out to clean the driveway and patios along with any other things around the house that need to be blasted clean. This unit has proven to be reliable and effective. The Honda engine starts easily with one pull and the washer is a powerful cleaner. I like to use it in the fall to blow leaves out of the landscaping beds onto the lawn for disposal. Great piece of equipment.

This is my first pressure washer and I decided to get this particular one because it offered commercial quality at a reasonable price. This is built so well, it will be the first and last pressure washer I will need to buy. It was very gratifying to clean the filthy sidewalk in my front yard with this machine.

I bought this pressure washer after looking at all the other makes/models and brands. What stood out immediatly was the quality Honda motor offering and Tri Plex pump combo for a very reasonable price. The warranty was also very good on this model. Added the oil, and gas and it started on one pull, as I would expect from a Honda motor. I have not tried to wash anything yet, but everything seems to function very well to date. I will update this after I break it in and switch to synthetic oil.

I couldn't get it to start at first but finally figured out that I had the throttle setting wrong. The diagram in the Honda Engine manual was a bit confusing. Once I had that sorted out it started right up. I ran it for about 40 minutes and the gas tank was still nearly full. I purchased the dial n wash and found it very effective at controlling the pressure. I love that I can throttle it down and leave the machine running while I reset something to be washed. I still pull the trigger every two minutes or less but at the low running speed I'm guessing there is a lot less stress on the pump as the water comes out of the lance at what seems like household pressure. If it continues to perform as it did today I will be a very happy customer. If not, there is always the warranty.

I bought this on April 17, 2018 and very glad I did! I've used it only once for a couple hours on my sidewalk and driveway and man does it have power and do an awesome job in a short time!!! All my neighbors are wanting to hire me and my new toy out! Lol

I researched reviews of various power washers before choosing the Simpson Power Shot. I wanted one with a Honda motor and high quality pump. Sam's Club had the best price on this model. It is smaller and quieter than other power washers I've used before, but still has plenty of pressure for my needs. It starts easily, usually on the first pull. No problem with the spare nozzles shaking loose which was a complaint I'd read about. Very pleased with this purchase.

After three seasons of mixed use ~ my boat, dock, wood decks, concrete patios and my precious motorcycle are all happy I got this Simpson. Just follow directions and it starts 'first pull' and happily works exactly as advertised. My only modification was to change those black tires to the non-marring {pink!} types because my new cedar deck needs to sparkle without any smudges. The front skid sits on a pad that slides around when I want to move to the next section. Note: that whirling scrubber is also perfect to protect my plants and speed the job.

After some minor assembly and then scanning the manual for the start up procedure the Honda motor started in just a few pulls. The washer itself does a good job. The first day I used it for a couple hours to clean a large driveway, deck and rails without a problem. The next day I fired it up and noticed the hose already had developed a few pinholes and was leaking. The fittings were watertight, it was the hose itself. After only two hours of use.....really? To cheap out on the hose for what is an otherwise excellent washer is aggravating, hence three stars.
