Perfect for the Shop

To date this is my second Simpson machine in a year. The first one I bought was for my home and after how great it worked I decided to buy another unit for my business. I own a small car repair and oil change shop. I wanted something that had plenty of power to help get rid of oil stains but also didn't break my bank seeing as that I am a small business. Simpson created the perfect model on this one. Tons and I mean tons of power and at the most competitive price in the market. I only use it about once or twice a week for an hour or so but its been perfect. 2 Simpson pressure washers in and I love the product and the brand.

Good product but quirky & I'll fill you in below

1 month, hose sprang pinholes, factory warranty provided a new, free one. Very powerful...and works well when running. If you have difficulty pulling the cord, squeeze the gun handle to relieve the pressure. YOU MUST USE PUMP GUARD if storing longer than 30 days & thru winter....mine seized up...had NO idea to use pump guard storage additive...my rubber mallet banged the pump loose but I got the additive immediately...same issue with HOT muffler....I built a steel roof over mine to prevent burns.

BIG THUMPS UP

Been using 2700 psi (lesser quality product/axial pump) unit to do cleaning jobs and struggling to do quality results.Did a lot of research and decided to pony up the money for a professional unit. This thing is hands down a serious upgrade.Honda engine and AAA pump run for hours flawlessly. No hiccups!Very consist pressure all day long.Triplex pump never over heats.PAYS to have the right tools!!

Excellent Buy

The Honda engine on this pressure washer starts effortlessly and runs smoothly. The unit has plenty of power for household needs and even removed old paint from my driveway. The assembly instructions were easy to follow. Very little engine vibration but one of the spray nozzles did vibrate out of its holder after about an hour of sprayer use. I will make sure all the extra nozzles are firmly seated in their holder for future use. It was shipped immediately to my door and actually arrived a week earlier than promised. Way to go Sam's..

Great pressure washer. Easy to start and use.

I live in north central Alabama so mildew grows on areas not exposed to direct sunlight. Simpson pressure washers are highly rated and durability is very important to me. After much research, I purchased my Simpson commercial pressurized sprayer 5/11/18. I also bought the 15" surface cleaner and a 3 foot wand extension. The boxes arrived on time and undamaged. A few days after reading the instructions and completing assembly including adding crankcase oil, I cleaned concrete - sidewalk, driveway and front porch. The GX200 Honda engine is easy to start and runs strong. I have also cleaned 3/4 of my soffits (underside of roof overhang). For reaching higher areas the 3 ft wand extension which works great. I first applied a chemical cleaner to the soffits using the black tip, let it soak for 15 -30 minutes and then sprayed until the soffits were clean. Works great. Still have the back porch and back side soffits to do but am waiting until weather gets cooler.

good quality

I bought the Simpson PowerShot 3200 PSI pressure washer and it started on the first pull. It is simple to use and the Honda Motor indicates a quality which I have relied on in the past. Over all the pressure performed up to what I had intended its use for. Here are some of the problems that caused a delay in my initial use of this pressure washer; 1. The pressure hose that came with the unit is of the screw on type and not the quick connect which is sold in most stores. I counld not find these hoses sold any where locally. It took me several trips to different hardware stores to find the necessay adapters so I could add on an additional quick connect high pressure hose. The additional cost was Approx. $50 and made the purchase from Sam's less attractive as far as savings go. 2. I tried several times to get the soap pick up to work, but was unsuccessful and will try to contact MFG. to see if they have any ideas. 3. The pressure washer nozzles that come with the machine all work very good. The problem is that they will not stay in the tray provided on the pressure washer and tend to get lost. If I had to do this purchase again I would have bought locally knowing what you see is what you get. Even after buying all of the connectors I can only use the pressure washer with both hoses connected unless I want to remove all connectors and then use the screw on connector hose my itself.

Great features. Love the Honda motor!

I purchased this power washer 4 months ago in April 2023. I have used the power washer on my house, driveway, shed, and my vehicles. This power washer will meet the needs of many people from commercial to residential use. I love the Honda motor. The motor starts every time on the first pull. The power washer is a little pricey, but I think it is a good quality. I also purchased a Twinkle Star 15" Washer Surface Cleaner separately and it was the perfect combination to clean my concrete driveway. I have no regrets for purchasing this power washer.

No problems after 20 hour run time.

Bought this unit 2 months ago. I’ve had no problems with it after 10 jobs. Plenty of power! A quick squirt of the wand releases line pressure to pull start. If it doesn’t start on first pull, release line pressure again. When starting, don’t put your foot on air stem of tire, it will break.

Good Machine... But Beware

Reliable and powerful. But, be careful of the muffler placement with this machine. The muffler guard gets extremely hot. I found out the hard way when restarting after using for 10 minutes. The guard is black just like the gas tank and air filter cover so it blends well with those parts. When using the pull starter I needed a place to rest my other hand and inadvertently rested on top of the guard. 2nd degree burns and large blisters later I am power washing again. My recommendation is if Honda cannot relocate muffler, then at least paint the guard red "HOT" where it stands out from other black parts. Also watch your spray nozzles, mine have vibrated loose from holders.
