I have now used it twice. The first time I went to start it, I had a little trouble but I think I may have had the choke in the wrong position. The second it started with one pull! This is a great machine and I am happy I replace my old Karcher, although it served me well. The only thing negative I can say, which is why it gets only 4 stars, is the spray tips will not stay in their holders on the handle. The design is too loose and the vibration of the machine causes them to fall out very shortly after starting up. To avoid losing one, I take them out and put them all in my pocket before I start it now. Simpson needs to make the grommets tighter. Otherwise, very good washer.

More power than I need, had a hard time holding wand from recoil... take the crome off a trailer hitch!!! had to turn down the volume on this one pressure is off the hook! Great machine, no issues yet. Works like a champ! Very pleased and would recommend this unit to all...

I bought this pressure washer as a replacement for a residential duty washer owned for 8 years that experienced an engine failure. Used primarily for cleaning walkways, wood deck and vinyl siding at home. Very powerful and had to dial back pressure so as not to remove baked on enamel paint from aluminum window trim! Engine starts easily and runs strong. Fuel tank size allows washing for long periods before refueling is needed. Engine vibration under pressure washing load is severe causing rapid wear of the rubber feet and shaking the washer tips out of their holders. Tips not in use need to be removed from their holders and rags placed under rubber feet to prevent them from wearing away. Overall satisfied with performance but concerned the severe vibration will eventually result in failures of other components. Use of pump preservative is awkward.

I did a lot of research on pressure washers and I decided to purchase this one because the price was excellent. I was not surprised how well this machine works since I had read several reviews. The first pull, the machine started and it is much quieter than most other pressure washers. Since it is a commercial product, I expect it to last for years to come. Great value, great product.

I live in the US Virgin Islands had this shipped. Lots of cleaning after 2 cat 5 hurricanes. Only used a couple of times and so far does a good job. Cleans concrete well and adjustable pressure on the pump also allows you us use it on lighter things like screens. This is not being used for commercial purposes so I hope it lasts.

Worth spending more to get a commercial grade pump and honda engine. This unit should last a very long time assuming you take good care with it. I wanted at least a 4gpm pump so i can clean faster. One thing to keep in mind is to turn off motor if not spraying for more than 1 minute. This will greatly add longevity to your pump life.

looks is not everything. I ordered on line, received on schedule in good condition. assembled the washer started right up and 1 minute into the use the hose blows up. yes very frustrated. its supposed to be a Honda but it is a cheep plastic hose. very surprised at the cost of the item they would use a cheep hose.

I am completely satisfied with this pressure washer. Five minutes to assemble, five minutes to add provided engine oil, five minutes to connect hoses, a few minutes to fuel and one pull on the starting rope. The 15 degree spray nozzle made short work of removing mildew from my exposed aggregate cement driveway. Tested the 40 degree spray nozzle on a painted deck and it performed well without damaging the wood soft grain. This is simply a superb piece of equipment.

I am very pleased with my Simpson 3300 pressure washer! This is a definite work horse and has exceeded my expectations in all categories. During the time off for Covid 19. I have cleaned my front and back pavers. My pool patio area and it has done a fabulous Job!!

First time using this washer with surface cleaner on our concrete driveway, it was a breeze to use. I was able to clean several years of mold and dirt off our driveway. Washer started easy and is a solid built unit. Has plenty of power for our residential use.
