The scent kills unpleasant smells. The bags don’t stick but are easy to open. The texture of these bags make garbage duty less burdensome. That is enough.

I purchased a box of these supposed "MaxStrength" 13 Gallon Tall Kitchen bags for the first time and they are the most disappointing trash bag product I have ever purchased. I have used 4 and each one has been a problem. They are extremely thin and the draw strings openings at the top are only a few inches apart (either a major design flaw or production issue). All four bags that I have used have ripped around the top ridge when pulling them out of the metal container. I have had to double bag two of the four to throw them into the outside garbage bin. Glad needs to look into this and change the product or rebrand them as "ForceRip MaxWeakness - Eliminates the ease of getting rid of your trash"

I have always purchased Glad trash bags. I'm not sure what has changed, but the last box is junk! The bags seem very thin and tear easily. The top of the bags split each time I put them in my can. I'm very disappointed.

Poor design. when you cinch the bag closed the handles pull out. Never had the problem with Members Mark bags.plus MM bags are less expensive and just as durable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The scent of lemon is a clean lemon scent and smells great compared to the scentless bags. They fit nice and snug in the garbage can. The bag has ultra stretch to it and I don't worry about it ripping while removing from the can and taking to the dump. The scent of the bags certainly masks any trash smell. I will definitely purchase these!

How do these get such good reviews?? I’m not a trash bag snob, but these were awful - awful - awful. Literally every single bag we’d use would RIP on the way out to the trash. We got to the point where we knew not to even fill them up because it wouldn’t make it. Then smelt great but for us, we could wait to get their the box. Even “everyday essentials” trash bags work better than these…never again!

I don’t normally review things, I don’t know if I got a bad batch of these or what, but they rip into shreds just getting them out of the box. Don’t even try to put any trash in them unless you like to pick pieces of trash off of your floor continuously. I will never ever buy these again!

MAX STRENGTH NOT!!!! I could not believe when I pulled the bag out to take to garbage it had holes all through it and it was just over 1/2 full. I was in shock!!! I usually buy Members Mark but there wasn't a scent I thought I could tolerate. I also missed the gray color in the description. Did not want gray but could have lived with that if they held up. Unbelievable !! As bad as the Dollar Store trash bags I bought because I was there %26 needed something to hold me over. I didn't think I had to take a picture of the bag with holes to post the review so it isn't wanting to allow the post.

I’ve been buying these trash bags for years after receiving a free sample in the grocery store. I just got a new box and they are so thin and flimsy now! The bottom of the trash bag is almost transparent and same with the top. They are not the same as what they used to be extremely disappointing.

These are some of the worst garbage bags I've ever purchased. About half the time I try and remove the bag from my can, they rip out about an inch or two under the dawsting.drawstring. I've never had this problem with other bags including store brand bags. Then I wind up having to put the bag in an expensive contractor bag to throw it out. If this happens one more time I'm throwing out the box.
