Hot water supply works very well, cold water supply chilled nicely. Easy to replenish water container.

It’s quiet compared to the cooler I was renting and I love that it has room temperature water as well as hot and cold

If I had to order again I probably wouldnt. The cold doesn't get super cold just cold. The hot is good. But i wish it was icy cold.

I bought it twice - both times it came with dents on the front. Had to return both times. Still waiting to receive and use it

Amazing value. It’s beautiful and it will self clean the tubes. At other stores a similar but not as nice unit will be double the price.

I disliked the primo water cooler because I got it and set it up and the sanitizing button as not gone off scents I got the water cooler

The water dispense looks good, loading from the bottom is a wonderful feature and it takes up very little space

Works very well. I would prefer a slightly cooler temperature for the water, but perhaps that and the hot water temps. are adjustable(?)

this is the best water dispenser i ever had and i have had a few. The bottom load is amazing and self cleaning you can't get no better .

Its easier to push the button to get water than our last one. Better for my arthritic hands. Looks nice too
