I was skeptical at buying this machine as I had a different model previously but this has been one of the best water machines I’ve owned very quiet

Not only did I buy 1 I bought one for my daughter as a housewarming gift so my granddaughter can can clean great tasting water.

I like the sleek look and that it's bottom loading, makes life easier. My only note, it can be somewhat load when refilling the reservoir.

It's easy to work but water doesn't get hot enough , and no difference between the two cold waters .

It is so convenient having the big bottle hidden on the bottom is the best idea ever and the 3 temperatures are excellent.

Love the machine works great. Found out the water didn't get cold called the company and they replaced it with no problem. I highly recommend.

It was easy to set up and in a couple of hours we had both hot and cold water available. So far has worked out well
