Nice product. My only issue is that the "room temperature" water is too cold for my liking. Other than that I love the look and performance of the dispenser.

Haven’t been able to use the water dispenser yet, I received it damaged in shipping and the replacement process is taking a very long time, it has been over 2 weeks and still waiting on Sams “Back Office” to call me and set up a replacement.

Keeps water hot, keeps water cold. Early on to decide if self cleaning works but nice when minimally placed in the corner.. much easier to use than a top loader..

Order it to reduce our plastic bottle use and I am very pleased with the quickness of getting it and it was simple to set-up...working great! Cold water is cold and hot water is hot! Recommend to this looking for a great value.

I ave had this about a month, so not a long time user, but it is soooo much better than flipping big bottles over to load my previous water dispenser. Just open front and put pump on the bottle and scoot it into base. I love it!

Great product. Only thing I do not like about it is it has to be plugged in to dispense water. I wish it would work either way. But for the price it can’t be beat.

We've had the dispenser for a month and so far it has been working great! It has a nice sleek look to it and I like the self-cleaning function. I would recommend this!

Purchased only a month ago but so far so good. Its lightweight, easy to hook up and we're getting nice cold water which was main reason of our purchase.

Absolutely love it!! So much cheaper than bottled water and don’t have the waste of plastic bottles! Took adjusting to the compressor noise when it kicked on but quickly got used to it
