The tray that holds the water is not secure at all. It will fall with the slightest move. I have kids and that was not going to work for me so I returned it.

This water cooler is beautiful but more importantly works perfectly dispensing hot, cool and cold water! What I really appreciate is that it’s quiet! It does everything it says it will.

Much easier for me to change the bottle when it's my turn! I really enjoy the sanitizing feature. The cold water is really cold, it's great! Definitely recommend.

The Primo water Dispenser is easy to set up. The only issue i have is with the delivery. Sometime in shipping the unit was dented. Im thinking grom the arms of the squeeze used to load onto the truck.

Love how it notifies when the bottle needs changing. The self-clean is great, too. I have this in my home office. I can make tea, as well as have cold water, depending on the time of day and my mood.

Easy to replace the bottles, and unlike top loaders, keeps dust and other items from seeping into the water tanks. Very easy to clean, just press a button. It's only been a month, but already glad we replaced the old top loader with this one.

I bought this for the office and we couldn’t be happier with them. We’ve only had them a short time but they appear to be working very well so far. Love the bottom load option. That’s the reason I chose this one.

So far so good except I wish it dropped more water faster, personally I don't like holding the button down I prefer the ones you fold down. But it beats the top loader.!

I recently purchased this water dispenser because I can no longer lift the water bottle on my old dispenser. This dispenser is easier to refill and has an extra bonus; self cleaning. This was a great purchase.

Got this for our cottage. Because we have a cistern so we don't drink the water. Should of got one of these years ago. Hopefully it holds up. Very convenient.
