Really like the bottom load feature. I had a different one before that was top load and it seemed to heat the water to a higher temperature. I am satisfied with this though.

I bought this a month ago and have went through 3 five gallon jugs of water. We weren't big water drinkers, but now we are. My family absolutely loves the Primo water. The water is cold and taste amazing. The unit self cleans which is awesome.

I bought one of these for my granddaughter's family for Christmas. They loved it. She said buy one, Grandma. We had been thinking about getting a cooler so we purchased one and it's as good as my granddaughter said.

It’s garbage. First it was leaking and I had to fix that. Now the cold water doesn’t work. The snowflake might turn on for a few minutes but then it goes off and my water isn’t cold.

I love how simple it is to change the water. I can not pick up the 5 gallon jug and flip it like on the conventional water coolers. Very nice look and temperature of water is perfect! Great buy overall!

Got this for our cottage. Because we have a cistern so we don't drink the water. Should of got one of these years ago. Hopefully it holds up. Very convenient.

This water dispenser met our standards and expectations! Hot and cold water are the right temperatures. We like the extra service of self-cleaning feature in the machine. The physical look of it matches our new kitchen; classy and sleek!

Came extremely dented up had to undo dents or machine was super loud and shook i have had this cooler before from a big box store and worked and was delivered in perfect condition

I bought this about a month ago now and we absolutely love it. Water is cold and the hot water is perfect temp for tea or coffee!! Love the Ozone self cleaning option! Highly recommend for the price!

Bought two weeks ago. Little or no assembly needed and got an ice cold water in an hour. I am really surprised that there are few negatives feedback on this item
