WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT BUT TO HEAVY FOR ME TO GET INTO THE HOUSE AFTER DELIVERY...SO HE GOT IT EARLY..HEATS UP HOT WATER REALLY GREAT..HE REALLY LOVES IT..

We've only had it for 2 weeks but so far so good. The water tastes great. The sanitation cycle has been used 3 times total and the water tastes like water. I only say that because other people have had issues. Follow directions and it should be fine

Ditched our rented water cooler for this model. No longer have to muscle 5 gallon bottles in a confined space. Nice area on top for cups. Hot water is nice and hot. Cold water could be colder.

This may be pricy but it is so worth it and this basically pays for itself. We've been saving so much money on water and my only regret is not getting it sooner. So if you're looking for a water dispenser this is the one for you.

Very nice product! It arrived in great condition and timely. It really keeps the water cold and even the hot water is warm enough to make tea. So far I love it!

Water would not dispense. Called Primo support and they said occasionally during shipping the spring becomes dislodged. He provided instructions how to fix this while on the phone with me. He was right. Problem remind and enjoying cold water.

I like the quality of the water. The cold is good. It's a little noisy, so I had to put something a little heavy on it to stop the buzzing noise. The hot is not hot enough to make a tea with tea bag.

Bought this a month ago to replace my sparkletts water dispenser. Works the way its supposed to. Hot water is hot, my only concern is the cold water. You have to wait 2-4 seconds for the cold water to kick in.

I recently purchased this water dispenser because I can no longer lift the water bottle on my old dispenser. This dispenser is easier to refill and has an extra bonus; self cleaning. This was a great purchase.
