The hot water isn't working, I haven't read the comments before that are common in this model.

Just hit today. But my is leaking water and dont have hot water too . Maybe my bad luck. Get the bad one

I purchased this in November 2021. It started leaking March 2023. I paid $200 for it. Do not recommend.

One day, the dispenser completed stopped working. The unit was only 1.5 years old. The warranty is a must!

My delivery was perfect! Unfortunately the machine leaked as soon as I plugged it in. I’ll have to return it.

I purchased this Primo water dispenser and 3 months later the cold water is no longer cold, it's room temperature :-(

Loading the water jug is very easy and having ice cold water at your finger tips is amazing. Definitely a must buy for people that love water like we do!

I bought this for my camper and wish I had done so sooner. Water temps are great and runs quietly. My husband is drinking more water which is great for his health. Very easy to load.

I bought it about 3 weeks ago, within the last week it has become way too loud. Everything else works fine and I'm happy with product. If you mind the noise then this is not the right water dispenser for you.

It works great! Not sure why you need the warm water selection. Hot and Cold are great! I like the safety feature on the hot great for the grandchildren.
