Only on my 1st jug of water but had no problems so far- very happy with the bottom loading-have had lots of top loaders and always broke the inserter (pointed stem) after awhile trying to lift the 5 gal. jug high enough to insert it ( I'm 66 years old). Bottom loading the jug is great! Not lazy it was just too high and heavy. I Even cut the top loading jug hole with a X before inserting to try and prevent the inserting prob from breaking but jug had to be inserted stright down and still broke the last top loading unit I had. Had prev. broke 3-4 other old units. over the yrs.

We had purchased a water dispenser with a top loading system in the past. This Primo Water Dispenser is by far a better one due to the fact that no one in my family needs to pick up a heavy 5 gallon bottle full of water and lift it onto the top. This is very difficult for someone to do, especially, with a bad or weak back. The system is very quiet. I also like the hot water which dispenses out for coffee, tea, soup, hot chocolate, etc. which, by the way, has a safety feature so little ones cannot dispense hot water if they try to push the hot water button down. Another feature that I enjoy is the red flashing light indicator that signals you that the bottle is empty. It also has a self-cleaning system which takes the hassle out of cleaning it yourself. Well make product!

I love the ease of using the unit, as the bottle goes under the cabinet. My second favorite thing is the hot water feature which is great for hot beverages and instant food items. The only thing not tested is long run durability. Hoping it it continues to work for years to come. Very pleased so far.

Love that the bottle goes right side up and gets drawn into the cooler vs having a big bottle to flip over and deal with. The machine is quiet and only has a low groan while refilling with water. I have it in an office kitchen, so there isn’t any noise to bother anyone. Hot water is hot and great for making tea, the cool water is good and the cold water is nice and cold. LED light isn’t overpowering, but lights up the tray well. I have no complaints about this cooler at the moment. We save a lot of money by filling up our bottles on our own at the self-service station near you, versus a bottle delivery service or bottled water. Can’t go wrong with this cooler.

We purchased this in June, 2017. No problems and no odd water taste. We make sure that the water delivered is always purified so as not to cause clogging. The night light feature is very handy. Not lifting 5 gallon bottles is a saving grace to the body, so we give this item 5 stars.

I am so glad we purchased the warranty for this cooler because it just broke down on us. It worked perfectly and did exactly what it said would, hence the 3 star review, but it broke last week and we purchased in April 3, 2020. Someone from Sparklett's once told me that it's better to rent a cooler with water service because it's more common than not that these types of coolers break down. With that said, water is pretty cold and hot water is close to boiling point. It makes boiling water super fast. The hot water button on top has a safety feature but that stopped working a few months before it broke. One has to push the mechanism back and press down and the button releases back, but it is broken now too.

Excited to replace my older one because it was impossible to clean even after disassembling it, but this item wouldn't stop leaking from the hot side. Now I have to go through the trouble of returning. I also didn't realize the two button one rather than the hot/cool/cold one, so I guess it all works out

Can I just say, WOW! The temperature for all three settings are exceptional. The hot is hella hot but tastes so good plain and for tea. When your throat is dry the cold is a great thirst quencher. It was easy to setup and only makes a slight and quick rumble noise after using hot and cold for a few seconds.

I purchased this about 13 months ago and today it stopped dispensing. I went to Primo's website and went through all the troubleshooting. Called the Customer Care number after it still didn't work. Got a human right away and was told it would be replaced free of charge. Don't have to send the other one back and they said I will receive it in about a week. Best customer service I have ever encountered. The machine got a ton of use this past year and we really like it. I only have a flavor issue at the very beginning and it has worked flawlessly up until today. Hopefully the new one will come on time as well will miss it. We use it for coffee, drinking water, cooking water, tea and even to water house plants since we have a well with a water softener and the salt kills plants. Just wanted to post my experience with the customer service.

I returned this item the day after it arrived because it was leaking. I requested a replacement because I thought I just had bad luck. The replacement came damaged as well, this time the hot water dispenser worked for 3 days only. I returned and will try another brand
