I have had mine for 7 years without any issues amd we go through alot of water! primo is the best!!!

The product was damage when we recieved it, I cannot get a hold of customer service also the product makes a lot of noise

Purchased one and the hot water did not dispense. Returned. Reordered. The hot water on the second one did not dispense. Primo's customer service is horrid.

I am truly, for the most part, happy with my cooler. However, like many have said after the 1st month or so, it does get noisy when dispensing water. That is the only complaint.

It shipped quickly and arrived earlier than expected. It did however arrive with a large dent in the side of it. Other than that,it seems exactly as described online.

defective out of the box day of delivery, Hot water never stopped running. only if I pushed the dispense switch would it stop. Probably a defective valve.

Definitely should have read the reviews before buying this model. After like a month a half of using it, it starting leaking out a lot of water. Not what I expected... thank goodness I was within the 90 day return policy and just returned it in club and got the (hopefully) better model that's $179.99. That model so far has been really good. But seriously avoid this model and get something better. You have been warned

Very good dispenser, and a lot less expensive. Has hot water too. Ships pretty much ready to go., The unit is fairly quiet. the only time you'll hear from it is when it's pumping water and that is not very loud. The L.E.D. light is a soft glow that illuminates the spout and spill tray area and is not so bright that it's distracting. The bottom load is fantastic as It is not only more aesthetically pleasing but also easier than lifting and flipping a five gallon container of water. Do yourself a favor and order it now! Oh it shipped to my home via FedEx within a few days post order!

Not happy with this dispenser. Thought would be more convenient bottom loading but more often than not will not pick up water for dispensing. Red light flashes as empty, adjust the pull up tube, used to work after couple tries now not working at all.

I purchased this about a year ago. June 22, 2018 and around March 2019 I woke up to my kitchen flooded, because some mechanism is stuck inside, where if plugged in it will dispense all the water on it's own. I loved it prior to waking up to a flood in my house. It is still currently sitting in my kitchen, because I am not sure what to do with it at this point, but I have went back to buying gallon jugs, since this incident. I don't wish for anyone to wake up with 5 gallons of water flooded on their floor.
