Works great but has smudges on front of unit that will not come off, tried every cleaner possible. Too much of a hassle to try and return.

Unable to use product because middle dispensing button was broken...still in process of trying to return it. Very disappointed

Am bougth it before thanking gaving 149 plus tax and after four days its offerd 129 plus tax am very upset

The product came very quickly and the shipping was very reasonable. It was quite easy to set up and was working with in minutes.

The way the door opens is not good. The tray falls out every time. Also the directions for the sanitizing are not included. No directions came.

I would have given this a 5 star but the down side to this system is that when you add your water it takes an hour to get the water cold.

It came on August 10th and by August 20th, The water dispenser stop pumping water so I had to return it.

I have had mine for 10 years and it is heavily used. The hot water finally died. We use the hot water feature a lot so I am going to purchase a new dispenser. Cannot complain! Highly recommend.

This is a sporatic unit at best. It stops working for no apparent reason, and the troubleshooting tips don't address the problem. No one can seem to fix it. Waste of money!
