I am very disappointing in this dispenser. I had a different dispenser before so I knew they tend to be loud but I wasn’t expecting this one to be this loud. It is horrible. It sounds likes it’s rocking against something and it is so loud. Wouldn’t be so bad if the compressor wasn’t running constantly but it seems to run most of the day. So disappointed. Seriously considering returning it.

I bought it in June 29, 2020 and received it few days after. the unit looks good, well built, but it leaks water through the spout every time after it dispensed water, for about 3 minutes before the leak stops. This happened since very first use. I called Primo customer service today and they immediately send the replacement . I will wait few more days to receive the replacement and hopefully it will works perfectly.

Gave my old primo dispenser (which I had 8+years) to my daughter thinking I wanted to upgrade. Big mistake. I ordered this one through Sam's Club and it was delivered. I set it up as directed and saw that the water spout was leaking water. I thought it was self-cleaning since it was the 1st use and went through 4 gallons of water before realizing it wasn't working properly. I hope that getting a replacement or a refund isn't a hassle. 🤬
