Always tasty did not disappoint.

It was tasty but it wasn't a sheet cake as it says about. It was a round cake

I expected a traditional, moist Tres Leches cake, but what we got was essentially a container of whipping cream. I actually forced my family to go with Sam's Club specifically for my kid's birthday cake, and I ended up looking foolish. The ratio was completely off—about 80% heavy whipped cream and almost no cake underneath. It wasn't just poorly made; it was practically inedible unless you want to eat straight frosting. It really let us down on a special day. I will definitely not be ordering bakery items from here again.

Didn’t like that you have to order it on line and they don’t have many choices anymore I had no mind Ordering it with a person and paying for it ahead of Time I only like the cakes from Sam’s

This actual size wasn’t available day of pick up so they had to offer me two round cakes and this design on two round cakes was hideous . I ask to trade for two of the round strawberry 🍓 tres leches that are regularly made.

purchased for my husband's birthday. Everyone loved it. cake is moist and full of flavor. I ing is like a whipped cream and not too sweet. I misjudged the size of the cake vs the number of people do I cut large pieces and they all disappeared. Only suggestion I have is to place cake in a heavy cardboard box. Due to size of cake( half sheet) and the luscious filling and moist cake it weighs quite a bit. It was packaged on a plastic bottom and covered with a clear plastic top. Transporting it home and to the party was difficult so I placed the whole cake as I received it in a sturdy cardboard box Did I say it tasted great!! Will order again. They wrote happy birthday on a chocolate medallion as cake is decorated with frosting and strawberry filling! Just Loved it,!

FANTASTIC AND DELICIOUS!

I was very disappointed in the customer service at the Fern Valley, Louisville, Kentucky location. My Order was placed 3 days in advance for a Celebration of Life Funeral. I received a call 1 hour before pick to tell me they couldn’t complete my order, because they didn’t have the card to put on top of the cake and couldn’t write on the glaze. I told them to write on the plan cake. It looked like a first grader did it. The writing went to the edge rather than centered. I was so embarrassed. I learned the hard way. I will not use that location again.
