I live in a small town in SE Kansas and finding a repair place is not easy. No I will not purchase this same machine again.

I purchase the Little Green Animal Carpet Cleaner to clean up accidents caused by pets and grandchildren.

We have a puppy and he has gotten sick on the carpet this carpet cleaner worked for us instead of having to call carpet cleaning people every week

It's a good product. Cleans well on the carpet. I will use it in the car and on my stairs next. Needs a bit longer cord.

I thought it heated the water with Heatwave technology and it doesn't and the suction is not very powerful
