[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love love love the little green preheat portable carpet cleaner! It works wonderfully . It's so easy to use and does a great job cleaning. I love that it's light weight and I can just grab it and clean up a spot or too if I need it . It makes staying on top of having a clean carpet so much easier. I also used it to clean my couch , it did a great job and had great tools to get it all done in no time at all. It's so much easier then a big heavy carpet cleaner!! I wasn't aware of the little green machine before trying it out but I would definitely buy it ! And I have already recommended it to family and friends and they have even borrowed it to try it out too.

First, let me say that I have had, worn out, and LOVED two Little Green Machines. I bought this product thinking it would be a step up from my LGMs. Not so much! I HATED this product from the very first use. I would NOT recommend it. The hose is so rigid that it was extremely inflexible. It had curves from conforming to the shape of the machine base & the curves did not open up during use. Not surprised then that the hose split after just a few uses. The tanks leak and drip when they have liquid in them. This was a HUGE deal with the dirty water tank after cleaning up a nasty dog mess. This was a horrible purchase. I always dreaded using it. I lost a lot of confidence in Bissell products because of this bad experience. I'll go back to a Little Green Machine for now but if the quality of that product has declined, I'll look to other manufacturers for a solution to my pet cleanup needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the built in water heater .... It has amazing suction.... You can take this little machine everywhere. We used it in the camper as well as the house . We have two dogs and the carpets get stained and dirt deep down .... I was amazed at how well this machine cleaned all the carpet and rugs. It also worked very well on the small stain we had on the couch. It had been there for a couple of months. NOW ITS GONE.

WORST CHRISTMAS PRESENT EVER!!! My Bissell constantly leaks no matter what. Once done cleaning, it leaks all the dirty water back out. If you use the hydro rinse tool to clean the hose, it leaks dirty water everywhere. I received as a gift from a company Christmas party and have only had my Bissell for less than 3 months. It's a piece of garbage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace my trusty 10+ year old little green. First impressions were great - really good spot cleaner, with good suction. But... took it out a couple of weeks ago to address a pet mess. As I sucked up, there was suddenly an unusual amount of water coming out of the hose at the nozzle end. The hose had failed, and had a 1/2" split. Quick check of the failure location showed why - the hose length is just slightly less than it should be. The had always made seating the hose nozzle in its storage spot slightly frustrating, but I always got it back in eventually. However this created stress where the hose bent slightly (the bend location is intentional.) - very clear design flaw. (Quick search online confirmed that other users had encountered the same issue.) I probably used in no more than once a month in the 18 months I had it. Extremely disappointed.

I use my little green steam machine for everything! Carpet, couch, chairs, kitchen chair pads, car floors and seats. It works wonders if you have an older pet prone to accidents. I have purchased for my adult children for Christmas gifts (their request for after had growing up using it). They all wanted one! Recommended to all my friends who all love theirs now! I could go on & on if room allowed ha,ha.

I used it to clean the headrests in my car where hair products, sweat, and dust have built up. This cleaned it like a pro!!! I thought i was going to have to take it to a cleaner!!! I cleaned both head rests in under an hour! I would recommend this to anyone who breathes! Its so easy to set up and use!! I love it!!

I have used it on the carpet in our play room it worked great getting an old juice stain out of the carpet it also works well on area rugs and couches. I have used it in our car and it cleaned a stain I couldn't get out easily. I would definitely recommend this its lightweight easy to use and powerful.

This product worked well- Until It didn't. The hose storage puts strain on the hose- and it broke. First at the handle, then where it attaches to the machine itself. If you don't mind buying a new machine after a year or so you will love this machine---- AS for me- I am trying to get a little more use out of mine-- Held together with Duct tape. I would replace the hose myself- If they sold a replacement part. When this one finally becomes unbearable I will buy a different machine- will not buy the same one.

With 3 dogs, you can imagine the amount of stains on all my furniture. Nothing else I've tried has been as effective as this neat little machine. My favorite features: lightweight, portable, easy to carry and powerful suction. Not only does this machine remove stains, it cleans spills, spots and pet accidents. The built in water heater heats up the water to ensure removal of tough stains. The tank is easy to fill and clean. This machine also works well to remove mattress and sofa stains. I take my new best friend with me everywhere in the house that needs a deep cleaning. I use it daily!
