[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little machine is a game changer! We normally have to get our house professionally cleaned every few months. Well no more, this will save you money and time. It's easy to set up and lightweight. The warm up times takes a few minutes and you're ready to clean. I was wary of having to carry it around but it moves with ease on carpet and hardwood. The little canister is easy to remove, fill up and place back on. The spray feature lets you add as much or little liquid as you need. The suction is pretty powerful and cleans up urine and smudges with ease. It takes about 15-20 minutes after use for the surface to dry and that's it. The second canister fills with all the dirt and emptying it is a snap. I also used this on my car to clean the back seats it took a few sessions but my seats look brand new and the car no longer has that food smell. The hose was great for getting into the underbelly of the seats. I am very pleased with my Little Green ProHeat.

Cord too short and not flexible so I have to turn the device so back faces me where cord is attached. Because of that you hear the loud vacuum sound directly in your face and directed at you. It is a bit loud. Also since a quarter so short and flexible it tipped over in my car and spilled the dirty water all over. Because they contain itself isn't tip proof from spilling. Cardoso doesn't wrap around like it should for storage like the photos. When removing the dirty container it's a challenge to safely dump without spilling all over. It's difficult for them to dry out because where you remove the water has Divet so the water doesn't fully leave the container . It definitely cleaned what I needed but it was a pain in the butt. All these problems it's obvious they care about how it looked and if it cleaned but didn't test it in live applications to see that the usability of it is awful. It's really not user-friendly at all. It's frustrating but it gets the job done.

This product has been a life saver. I have used it more times than I care to admit, and it cleans like champion each time. The suction is powerful, the tools are just the right size for small stains, and very durable. I can pull this out on a moment's notice and use it quickly because it is not complicated to use. If you have pets or battle small stains on your carpet, do yourself a favor and purchase one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this little machine! I received this as a gift from my partner but I was already so excited to unbox it when I saw it lol. I've had this machine for about two weeks already but it does not disappoint. I have two dogs with my sister, one adult and one puppy, so you know there is a lot of accidents happening with the little one. But I've used this machine on old stains, 1+ months, 1-3 week stains, and any accidents that our pets had. On immediate accidents, it does VERY well on getting rid of the stains from our pets, but on older stains, it does pretty good, but obviously as it has been stained for some time, it won't come out very easily. But after a few sprays and times of going over the area with some elbow grease of scrubbing it does slowly come out. I just cleaned our high pile rug today and I didn't realize how stained our rug was from dirt, I've attached a photo to show the difference from using the Bissell Proheat. At first I thought my eyes were fooling me, as I had been cleaning all day, so I asked my sister if she saw the difference too lol! But I was genuinely surprised to see that the Bissell Proheat was able to get ride of the dirt stains as I have seen people mentioning its alright on high piled rugs/carpets. Overall, I would highly recommend this cleaner to anyone, with or without pets, since it does great with cleaning dirt stains to moderate/bad pet accidents on pretty much any surface. However, it will take some elbow grease to fully get the stains/mess out but that comes with the job of wanting clean things!

Now after the last few disasters I have to take all the great things back! I used this on many different things. Especially my car seats!!! I have had it less than a year and the last two times i tried to use it a lot of water was coming from the bottom ruining what I had just cleaned.. Actually made it worse. And then I couldnt clean it again. Then today it did it again but after 15 minutes of trying it wouldnt even suck up anything. Sad i thought I liked bissel better than my shark but im afraid not. :(

My daughter used it right when we got it and said it didn't work well and I could tell by looking at the stair steps that it didn't work well. I didn't have time to deal with it then as I bought it because it looked easy. I got it out for 2nd time a year later and it does not pick up water. Then it started smoking and could smell electrical burning. Big waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like that it's portable, easy to use, and easy to clean. Worked well for pets and when kids got sick. Used about once a month. Wished it heated up more. Only 2yrs and 2 months old but hose recently broke.

I have taken care of this unit and cleaned it after every use. I followed Bissells trouble shooting tips multiple times and now I have to replace the pump for a SECOND time and I've only used this product less than 10 times. Complete waste of money and I will be looking at other brands and never waste my money on another Bissell product again.

When this machine works its great. This is my second machine (already once replaced under warranty) and it leaks like crazy out the bottom. Right around the one year mark. I've been told they won't replace it because it's a replacement machine. They sure don't back the products they sell.

I use it to clean the carpet on the stairs. Between the children and the dogs the stairs take a beating. The little green machine does a fabulous job. Better than I could have ever imagined. As a bonus, it is lightweight easy to clean easy to store easy-to-assemble easy to use. No more hiring Chem-Dry to clean my stairs.
