[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used it on our couch for small stains and areas that needed some love. I seemed to work well but it was not very good for spots. I just ended up having to clean the entire surface area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to work very well, much nicer then the older one that once had, at this point it seems to be easier to rinse out and clean. So far so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product in my couch after my cat peed on it. It came out so easily the stain and the smell. I couldnt be happier with this product. Thank you :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this little guy!!! We are a family of 5 and our couch tends to show it! I pull this out and do a quick clean and it looks brand new again! #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used it once however it did a great job on an old stain so I was very pleased. the only complaint is the tanks they are not easy to rinse out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was used to steam clean cars this weekend. It did a great job. I need to learn how to press the water button and move the handle without letting out too much water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it for the random stains that occur on carpeting...but it is truly amazing in cleaning the carpeting on the stairs going up to the second floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this machine. It had great suction power. I wish the machine actually heats the water. You need to put hot water in the tank and the cleaner 'keeps' it warn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hose a little bit short which makes it difficult to maneuver in the car but other than that, it cleans extremely well.

Good machine to spot clean and wash cars etc. have to refill water a lot for larger jobs but again it is a spot cleaner so not really a carpet shampooer. Some set stains didn't fully come out but it looks much better
