It leaks on the floor

same problem most have with this item. The dirty water tank leaks like you don't even have anything there to catch it.

Highly recommend this clean-machine! We have three large dogs, so there have been plenty of times we've needed it...it never disappoints!

Just bought this and it leaks all over the place. Returned it and bought the Dirt Devil one. That works perfectly.

Works great, but sometimes you need to redo the spot/section a few times to really get it clean. Definitely helps odors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely impressed with this machine. Mostly used for pet accidents. Great suction, easy to clean. Love how it cleans out the hose and the tools are easy to take apart and clean too.

No heating element despite what the name suggest. Per their own product labeling, you have to but the oxygen boost solution to add to the regular cleaning solution or it won't clean areas.
