Works great, but sometimes you need to redo the spot/section a few times to really get it clean. Definitely helps odors!

Just bought this and it leaks all over the place. Returned it and bought the Dirt Devil one. That works perfectly.

same problem most have with this item. The dirty water tank leaks like you don't even have anything there to catch it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect size for spot cleaning our carpet. Our adult kitty has a tendency to throw up about one once a week so this is so easy to fill and shampoo. Thanks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super handy little machine, works very well, easy to use, compact and SELF CLEANING. I cannot express how much I love this!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointing suction. Takes a long time to extract the cleaner spray. Doesn't seem all that effective. Almost easier to use my wet/dry shop vac.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product because it is so cumbersome to use a big steam vac on stair .I must say it's lightweight and it does t he job. The downfall is it doesn't heat up that well
