So they tend to eat their food and treats in the same spot day after day. My little green machine as I like to call it makes light work of cleaning up their dining spots!! This is my second one and I love it more than the first!!

I like it because you don't have to lug around a big steam cleaner! My husband loves it because it's portable and he can clean his truck seats and rugs and doesn't have to pay for his truck to get detailed anymore!

The heat feature makes a huge difference!! Faster to clean and pulls more dirt and stains out from fabrics. Easy to clean and compact for storage!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although Bissell makes great vacuums, the suction on this carpet cleaner is decidedly lacking. The spray and scrub aspects are fine but even after reading the troubleshooting portion of the manual and reseating the dirty water container, I was only able to vacuum about 1/4" of dirty water from an entire container of cleaning water, on my knees and using two hands to hold the head firmly against the carpet and drawing it back slowly as directed. I ended up using a space heater and dehumidifier to dry a small area rug.

Great little product and I couldn't have been more pleased with the process. Bravo! I cleaned my staircase first thing and I found that it did a great job. The tools were easy to use. The unit could have used a different cord, it's too short to use without an extension cord for most applications, but the cord is long enough to get in the way. I would have liked to see a retractable cord or just a small stub, seeing how you would likely need an extension cord anyway.

I am a senior in a fairly small unit, and these qualities are important to me There is just one thing I have not figured out yet, and that is whether I am.getting all the solution out of the rug. We will see....
