I used this for making homemade Mac and cheese and also for enchiladas. This batch didn’t melt correctly, it was so gross! Both recipes are a staple in our house and this last Batch the cheese ruined the meal. We love it usually but the Sam’s version is different.

Great flavor

This is NOT what I would consider extra sharp. I would probably not even call it sharp.

But I just don’t dare. This Cabot extra sharp cheddar cheese tastes great and I’m not gonna tempt fate for a couple of bucks.

I always bought extra Sharp and it was not colored yellow. It was white and very good. This yellow is more like American cheese. I am not a fan of this "new" version.

The last few times i purchased this Cabot cheese it just breaks apart when sliced. Its almost like it was frozen and thawed. Not happy with this product anymore.

Live this cheese but the Montgomery Crossing Sams club either runs out by Saturday or they stopped carrying it! Why?

I have to agree with the last comment, it's absolutely stellar. I still have to try the Seriously Sharp Cheddar from them, just asking for it I know!

My family loves this cheese. Was really glad when Sam's started carrying it.

Previously it wasn’t halal certified, why is it now halal certified.
