Arrived quickly and was easy to fold out. Also, this product is cheaper (and obviously, much more convenient and sturdy) than the junk others sell at the big box mattress stores. We recently bought an Avocado King mattress and that company does not sell box springs so they recommended Zinus. Glad they did! The new mattress sat too low on our new bed but now with the steel box springs, it is perfect. Note that we originally had the box springs up-side down which is not comfortable. After a night's sleep, we woke up smarter, did the flip and now the new bed, new mattress and new box springs work in harmony.

We bought our second mattress because we upgraded from a queen to a king. This time we added the box spring to our purchase and it’s one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. This mattress is comfortable, the box spring is heavy duty, and we are going to be Zinus customers for a long time. We could not be happier.

Husband falls asleep in 2 seconds. I'm still a little restless, just because I tend to think about why we waited so long. All I want to do is be in my bed and on the weekends i make time to get a nap in. Earlier I told my coworkers, "I think my mattress is making me lazy because I just want to be wrapped up in the comfort." My lower back pain is gone! Yay! Never could have imagined how wonderful my new Zenus bed box spring and bed frame are but the main thing is I sleep pardon the expression like a baby and that doesn't mean I wake up and cry a lot! Fabulous support and yet feels so soft so comfortable I can't believe I didn't know about this until a few months ago. Every box spring should be made like this. The old-style one-piece box springs are garbage compared to this one, especially if you have an L-shaped stair, winder, or any other spatial challenge. I just bought this for my older daugther's room, and though my younger daughter has a relatively new box spring (under a Zinus mattress) I'm even considering replacing her box spring since it's ridiculously loud (just getting in & out it squeaks something fierce). If you have any sort of curve in your layout or tight space this box spring will outperform the conventional styles we used to settle for- if you don't have these challenges, get this anyway as it will still make your life easier than dealing with the traditional behemoth.
