Torn when arrived. Packaging could of been better.

Wrong size and it came with a hole in it. The packaging was HORRIBLE!! Will not ever buy again.

It goes together easy but The stringers go only across and a true box spring has 4 inch squares across the whole top that the mattress sits on. With this you have to put 1/2 plywood on top of it to hold the mattress correctly. This is only good to put a conventional box spring on it.

The box springs were easy to get in the house, up the stairs, unpacked, and folded open. Work very well, stable, rigid, and the fabric cover makes them look like real box springs from the outside even though it’s steel tubing on the inside. Very satisfied.

Never could have imagined how wonderful my new Zenus bed box spring and bed frame are but the main thing is I sleep pardon the expression like a baby and that doesn't mean I wake up and cry a lot! Husband falls asleep in 2 seconds. I'm still a little restless, just because I tend to think about why we waited so long. All I want to do is be in my bed and on the weekends i make time to get a nap in. Earlier I told my coworkers, "I think my mattress is making me lazy because I just want to be wrapped up in the comfort." My lower back pain is gone! Yay! We will definitely be purchasing this brand for our kiddos soon. Thanks Zinus for an Amazing quality product at an outstanding affordable price. P.s the kids loved the bubble wrap and the coloring pages.

Initially I was a little cautious about the claims being made but upon receiving and setting up, it is just as advertised and more. Setup was beyond simple and because the foundation is now so sturdy, the feel of our bed has improved. Needless to say I will recommend and will purchase should the need arise again.

I have been using the king-sized version of this mattress and bi-fold box-spring in my guest room for the last 2 years and all of my family and friends love it. Every single one of them tells me how comfortable this mattress is when they stay. It is a very firm, supportive mattress, even after 2 years or regular use. I plan to buy a the queen set for my own bedroom very soon and my mother plans to buy one soon as well. If you want a softer bed, put a 4-inch memory foam topper on it. The combination of firm support of the mattress and softness of the memory foam will make it feel like you are sleeping in a cloud.

The craziest thing of this BiFold Box Sping is the Assembly process. It took me less than 5 minutes to break the box seal, unpack each of the Boxes, Lay them on the wooden slats of my Bed and unfold them to zip the clothing cover. And I'm pretty sure, It will take the same amount of time to pack them when moving as well. Don't hesitate. Just get this Box Spring and leave everything else to Zinus.
