I was especially surprised that both split-king box springs came in one box. The bed frame was easy to put together and the box springs were even easier to unfold. I find myself going to bed early every night now that I have my new bed. Thank you Zinus!

The craziest thing of this BiFold Box Sping is the Assembly process. It took me less than 5 minutes to break the box seal, unpack each of the Boxes, Lay them on the wooden slats of my Bed and unfold them to zip the clothing cover. And I'm pretty sure, It will take the same amount of time to pack them when moving as well. Don't hesitate. Just get this Box Spring and leave everything else to Zinus.

It goes together easy but The stringers go only across and a true box spring has 4 inch squares across the whole top that the mattress sits on. With this you have to put 1/2 plywood on top of it to hold the mattress correctly. This is only good to put a conventional box spring on it.

Never could have imagined how wonderful my new Zenus bed box spring and bed frame are but the main thing is I sleep pardon the expression like a baby and that doesn't mean I wake up and cry a lot! It's only been a few weeks but so far it's pretty good. I'm not waking up in pain. Aside from my 3 year old waking me up and wanting to come lay in our bed..I have not woken up on my own in the middle of the night. If that makes sense. We also bought one for our 5 year old and he seems to be sleeping peacefully as well. I'll let you know in a few more weeks how I feel..

Initially I was a little cautious about the claims being made but upon receiving and setting up, it is just as advertised and more. Setup was beyond simple and because the foundation is now so sturdy, the feel of our bed has improved. Needless to say I will recommend and will purchase should the need arise again.

Totally impressed with the design of this box springs. It is well made and an ingenious idea for the folding mechanism. The covering for the frame is soft and well made. The overall structure is strong and gives the mattress excellent support. I ordered this for a guest bedroom but will consider ordering one for my bedroom. Highly recommend. Shipping box was easy to handle.

Husband falls asleep in 2 seconds. I'm still a little restless, just because I tend to think about why we waited so long. All I want to do is be in my bed and on the weekends i make time to get a nap in. Earlier I told my coworkers, "I think my mattress is making me lazy because I just want to be wrapped up in the comfort." My lower back pain is gone! Yay! We will definitely be purchasing this brand for our kiddos soon. Thanks Zinus for an Amazing quality product at an outstanding affordable price. I love this box spring! I got the 4” for my queen bed and it’s much quieter than the bunkie board I was using before. As a matter of fact, it doesn’t make a sound. My bed is much for stable and comfortable because of it. I will be replacing my son’ bunkie board with a Zinus box spring within the next few weeks. Assembly (or lack thereof) was also a breeze - simply unfold and place the cover on!

Every box spring should be made like this. The old-style one-piece box springs are garbage compared to this one, especially if you have an L-shaped stair, winder, or any other spatial challenge. I just bought this for my older daugther's room, and though my younger daughter has a relatively new box spring (under a Zinus mattress) I'm even considering replacing her box spring since it's ridiculously loud (just getting in & out it squeaks something fierce). If you have any sort of curve in your layout or tight space this box spring will outperform the conventional styles we used to settle for- if you don't have these challenges, get this anyway as it will still make your life easier than dealing with the traditional behemoth.
