I have been eating Fig Newtons all of my life. In the past year, I noticed a change in the texture (crumbly) and taste of Fig Newtons. The last 3 boxes I purchased from Sams had a few packages that were squished and not glued properly. The weird thing was that the boxes were not damaged. So one could conclude they were squished at the factory and placed in the boxes. I spoke to a customer service agent at my local Sam's that told me this was a manufacturer issue. I called Mondelez's toll free number and spoke to a customer service agent that told me this was a Sam's issue, not a Nabisco issue.

Easy to pack and take on the go. Good flavor

We are Newton lovers from way back but this batch had a sugar grit to the filling that made them not as pleasing to the pallet, not as pleasing.

Soft and chewy with great flavor. I wish though that the sides of the cookie didn't fall off. You have to handle them very delicately when you eat them.

These cookies are nice and moist. I like that they are individually packaged to ensure freshness. They are perfect to toss in your bag on the way out the door.

My father and I love fig newtons and the ones you have are the best! Not only do they taste good but they are good for you!! The price is such a great value as well!

Item is not soft and chewy as describe. The reason ... expiring in 4 months, June 2021. Thinking of returning the item but I want to make sure I’ll be refunded.

I have always loved Fig Newtons and only recently noticed them on the Sam's webpage and purchased and the price was great and my love for Fig Newtons is still there

These Fig Newtons are great. The crust is a little crumbly and messy but the taste is great... BEWARE... similar to potato chips you can't eat just two.

I was buying them every time I was shopping at sam's. I was disappointed two months ago when I went and they were out of stock. The found I could order them on line. I see now they're back in stock.
