I've used this chorizo my whole life and had it as a kid in South Texas. probably because the factory was 10 minutes from where I lived lol. now that I live in NM I was surprised to have found it here because it's no where else. people here are used to Peyton's which I'm my opinion is nasty. mostly grease and it stinks to nothing. but I guess they're just used to it. but anyway thank goodness it's available. even tho I have to drive an hour to Santa Fe it's worth it. 😁

it's not exactly bad, it's just kind of meh. it has a little bit of a kick, but I didn't feel it had much flavor in its own. it worked well to instill flavor in other things, but then it itself was rather flat. my main gripe is the texture. it's a very dry and has an odd mouth feel because of it.

Graet idea, bad execution. The person who brought out the cart, brought 3 carts at one time. My cart just happened to je last, no problem. Ezcept he was detained, and so my cart ends up being in the sun for 9 minutes. I have eggs, chroizo, and a watermellon and water and cokes. All in the baking sun at 1:00 in the afternoon.
