I cooked this chorizo mix it with ground chuck onions, bell peppers, jalapeños, garlic, onions, and I make a lot of different dishes with it. I’ve used this chorizo before and for the amount of chorizo that you receive, it’s a good price. I went back to purchase more, but you are not carry it now. Please bring it back. It’s a great product my family loves it.

Excellent & Clean Ingredients. My grandmother made the best homemade chorizo. This chores tastes nearly as good as hers. Also, the ingredients in this chorizo are understandable. Most chorizo contains lips & other unacceptable ingredients. Not do with San Manuel's product. I recommend this product.

Good tasting

I grew up with eating San Manuel chorizo. Then move to Georgia so every time I come down to RGB, I'll buy some for myself and my siblings.

Been buying it for years. It's the closest chorizo to what my mom used to make with real beef tripe and the taste is excellent

We enjoyed once it was cooked out, it was delicious.

Only chorizo I buy! Less grease than other brands. Good flavor.

Husband says this is the best

Chorizo de San Manuel home style flavor. What ever the process the producer uses makes this product the best chorizo I have ever tasted. I would definitely protect the recipe used to produce this product

Tastes good
