This brand is so good and good quality. Not super greasy and I don't even need to drain it before I add egg for chorizo and eggs! So tasty and the family enjoys it!

I tried it because of good comments in the reviews but its not the quality that I expected, not good flavor, I use to buy Kiolbassa brand. SAMS PLEASE BRINGS BACK THE KIOLBASSA CHORIZO, ITS THE BEST.

This is definitely authentic! Great with scrambled eggs and also in tacos with beef.

Not what I’m used to. It’s spoiled very quickly in the fridge. Thank goodness I’d frozen the rest of the packages.

Not at all what I’m used to

I cooked this chorizo mix it with ground chuck onions, bell peppers, jalapeños, garlic, onions, and I make a lot of different dishes with it. I’ve used this chorizo before and for the amount of chorizo that you receive, it’s a good price. I went back to purchase more, but you are not carry it now.  Please bring it back. It’s a great product my family loves it.
