Depending on where you shop, buying this bulk might be cheaper than a smaller, 16 oz pack (which are currently going for .32c/oz in south texas). My recommendation? Buy them now, and freeze them for later. Defrosting and cooking later will not affect the taste or texture and is a great alternative for any recipe you’d normally use ground beef (if you’ve been practically priced out of ground beef like me). Yaaay, so excited for 2026 🥲
