[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use Jennie -O for my chili that I sometimes since developing a cleaner lifestyle and not wanting to eat eggs, I eat it for breakfast. Yes for breakfast and the chili is very tasty. The moist meat makes the chili even better. The quality of the meat makes the chili taste better all around.

Several reviews complained of the smell, however I suspect those people are not used to cooking with ground turkey. I use this brand of turkey (93% lean) all the time. As long as you are using the unopened package by the expiration date, there should be no issues with its safety. I buy in bulk and keep it in the freezer. Ground turkey is a delicious substitute for ground beef and I use it in everything from spaghetti meat sauce to Spicy ground turkey burgers. We love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We all know that turkey is somewhat dry, but you mix the Hot Italian Sausage into ground turkey, it compliment the turkey so well.You can make turkey burgers, a smooth spegetti sauce. The possibilities are endless.

I usually have good luck with this product and that's why I gave 2 stars, but the last few products I have purchased have not been of good quality. The last package I bought I cooked 5 days before the use/freeze by date and it was already rancid (stored and handled correctly since the time of purchase). Would have taken it back to the store, but lost my receipt. It also smelled so bad I had to take it outside. Very disappointing and waste of money.

We are a family that uses ground turkey for every recipe that normally uses ground beef. Jennie-o is undoubtedly the best on the market. Excellent taste and texture. The best part is it doesn't taste like cardboard like other brands of ground turkey we've used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great-I have been able to almost fully eliminate beef for all of favorite recipes knowing it is a much healthier alternative for my family. We use it for taco salad, spaghetti, sloppy Joe's, and our favorite stragonoff.

Have purchased this product for years and used it two to three times a week for burgers, meatloaf, and in casseroles. The last few purchases have not been good and tonight it smelled and tasted terrible. My husband trying to be polite admitted the entire house smelled awful after cooking it. We through it out and will be hesitant to buy it again. Darn! I loved this product until now. What are you doing differently?
