I like knowing exactly what I'm eating and knowing that I'm feeling my family with a good source of protein. Love using this lean ground turkey for spaghetti, Taco Tuesday, empanadas, and burgers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use ground turkey where you would normally use beef and have now for 4 years since I developed a meat allergy from a tick bite. The price is very affordable and cheaper then beef. It has been a great alternative so that I can still enjoy the foods I love that most people would use beef. I also love the fact of the other turkey products that are as well, especially the hot dogs as I can still have them as a one my favorite foods.

We are a family that uses ground turkey for every recipe that normally uses ground beef. Jennie-o is undoubtedly the best on the market. Excellent taste and texture. The best part is it doesn't taste like cardboard like other brands of ground turkey we've used.

The packaging is really nice and clean looking, the meat is easy to shape and cook, and it's about the perfect amount for two burgers! Thank goodness for your ground turkey because I've been recently diagnosed with high blood pressure and cholesterol, and it really helps me limit my intake of red meat.

Have purchased this product for years and used it two to three times a week for burgers, meatloaf, and in casseroles. The last few purchases have not been good and tonight it smelled and tasted terrible. My husband trying to be polite admitted the entire house smelled awful after cooking it. We through it out and will be hesitant to buy it again. Darn! I loved this product until now. What are you doing differently?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use the ground turkey in lasagna, burgers, cabbage rolls,and just loose seasoned meat. We also add it to ground venison, and that makes the best hamburgers in the world. We just love JennieO ground turkey.

Several reviews complained of the smell, however I suspect those people are not used to cooking with ground turkey. I use this brand of turkey (93% lean) all the time. As long as you are using the unopened package by the expiration date, there should be no issues with its safety. I buy in bulk and keep it in the freezer. Ground turkey is a delicious substitute for ground beef and I use it in everything from spaghetti meat sauce to Spicy ground turkey burgers. We love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always served Jennie-O lean ground Turkey to my family but thought I'd try another brand. Bad idea. My family tried it and refused to eat it. We ended up just throwing it away because it tasted so bad. I always thought ground Turkey was just ground Turkey regardless of brand. I will never buy a brand other than Jennie-o.
