I really like how it’s a glass bottle and not a plastic one like how things come in these days. My mom likes to use it for fried fish or for chicken and it comes out tasting great. But it’s very thick. So overall this is a really good product from Lee Kum Kee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This very high quality all-purpose sauce will keep for ages refrigerated, but you won’t have it that long because you can put it in everything. Use sparingly in marinades, stews, stir-fries, & gravies - it brings out the umami. For marinades a tablespoon will serve 150g of meat - just let is soak for 15 mins or more. Use it in most stir fry e.g. broccoli beef, chicken chow mein & special fried rice, but don't overdo it as a little goes a long way. In even non-Asian recipes, it will add an extra twist to any stock, gravy, or BBQ marinade.

Actually I’ve using Lee Kum Kee’s soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fish sauce for over 10 years, and I stick with this brand name because they’re all delicious, the flavors taste so good, texture is good, I use oyster sauce for stirring, grilling,…. and our meals came out DELICIOUS!! To me it’s a little bit salty so I don’t want to put too much oyster sauce to marinate pork, beef, fish, or chicken. But as my husband said it’s not that salty, so maybe it depends on your taste. So you can put as the way you want. I definitely will get it again. Highly recommended for this product.

It does not taste like oyster sauce. The texture is not the same as in a regular sauce, but I am not an expert, maybe it should not stretch more. The smell is also not very tasty. I added it to phobo soup and it was not bad. But I do not even know where else you can add it, because of its taste.

Very good product which could be used for stirred fries veggies, bbq, and sometimes I used it as one of the ingredients for making dipping sauce. Well here we are and my husband and I do use oyster sauce quite often. My favorite recipes with oyster sauce are beef and broccoli and drunken noodles. Without oyster sauce, some recipes just wouldn’t be the same. This is a premium oyster sauce, with excellent flavor and quality. I would highly recommend!
