Inconsistent peppering. Some pieces were ridiculously over peppered. The jerky itself had good flavor. I had to brush off a lot of pepper to eat some of it.

Good. Tender. I prefer the other flavor (Old Fashioned). But, sadly, Sam's doesn't sell that one anymore. If they ever decide to stock the Old Trapper "Teriyaki" flavor, I'll remortgage my house to stock up on it. That probably won't happen, though. Old Trapper can sell all the teriyaki they can make at full price; no need to discount it out to Sam's. I can still hope, though.

This is a very big size bag . I normally buy a 2.5 oz bag for work. I purchased this 18 oz. Bag and I used my zip lock "Walmart " snack bags and weighed them on my cheap food scale and made up 2.5 oz bags. I got 7 bags plus .5 oz to eat when done . I then placed the bags back into the zip lock bag they came in and then placed them in the freezer .That's $2.57 a bag. I take a protein drink and 1 bag with me to work . That's 175 calories and 27.5g of protein for the jerky plus my premier protein drink that is 160 calories and 30 g of protein. 335 total calories and 57.5 g protein for lunch for a little over $4.00 . Not bad

Delicious! I have one in my car and in my desk in my office. When I am hungry I pull these babies out! Satisfies my hunger until meal time! And so tasty! Buying more now!

The best beef jerky ever! Old Trapper never disappoints. I do recommend not letting it go uneaten too long after breaking the seal but it’s been perfect for my daughter’s time in and out of the hospital.

This beef jerky is way too salty for good taste and one's health!

Sam's Club needs to permanently stock this item. Way better than Jack Link's. Come on Sam's Club, get the better product.
