Tasty, quality product.  Natural inconsistenices from piece to piece but that should be expected.

Its good but I got peppered by mistake, so its spicier than I like.

Tender & Chewy

It would be good if you LIKE Pepper!   Heavy heavy pepper.  So much so that you can’t taste the beef.   I’m sure some folks like it but definitely not for me.

Takes your breath away

wow! So much black pepper! It was too much for me, but I am not a hard core black pepper eater. This felt like having peppercorns in my mouth. Once I wiped off what I could with my hands, the meat was perfection and the rest of the flavorings were supreme- I WILL 100% buy the brand again!! I’ll just go with a different flavor. Great job, Old Trapper!
