Very good jerky. Pepper flavor wasn’t too much. I went back and bought more when they put it on sale.

Very well seasoned. The pepper may be a little hot for some, but was medium. Texture and tenderness were great. Did not taste fat.

Old Trapper had become my favorite brand of jerky. I prefer the Peppered type, spicy but not too hot. Product is properly prepared and tasty.

Love these. They are not hard as a rock. For those of you that like a little spice in your life, these are an enjoyable snack.

I love this beef jerky. Found out my now son in law to be loved it too. He now gets it fit His birthday and Christmas, sometimes Easter…

Love the taste and the quality of the beef everytime I open Old Trapper bag. You can always guarantee freshness and the flavor is mouth watering.

Great taste, OK price, but too many pieces had grissle and was spit out. Company would not respond to complaint.

Good. Tender. I prefer the other flavor (Old Fashioned). But, sadly, Sam's doesn't sell that one anymore. If they ever decide to stock the Old Trapper "Teriyaki" flavor, I'll remortgage my house to stock up on it. That probably won't happen, though. Old Trapper can sell all the teriyaki they can make at full price; no need to discount it out to Sam's. I can still hope, though.

This is a very big size bag . I normally buy a 2.5 oz bag for work. I purchased this 18 oz. Bag and I used my zip lock "Walmart " snack bags and weighed them on my cheap food scale and made up 2.5 oz bags. I got 7 bags plus .5 oz to eat when done . I then placed the bags back into the zip lock bag they came in and then placed them in the freezer .That's $2.57 a bag. I take a protein drink and 1 bag with me to work . That's 175 calories and 27.5g of protein for the jerky plus my premier protein drink that is 160 calories and 30 g of protein. 335 total calories and 57.5 g protein for lunch for a little over $4.00 . Not bad
