We’re really sorry to hear that your WT6105CW washer isn't performing as expected and that it's causing issues with detergent buildup and a need for re-washing. We completely understand how concerning it can be, especially when it's wasting water and detergent. For the detergent streaking issue, we recommend checking the detergent drawer and ensuring it’s not overfilled. Sometimes, using too much detergent or fabric softener can result in buildup on clothes. Try using a smaller amount and running the washer on a "Clean Tub" cycle, if available, to address any residue in the system. In terms of the LG app, make sure that both the washer’s firmware and the app are updated.
