So quiet

We bought this last month and have washed several loads.  So far we love it as it is simple to use, not a lot of buttons.

Great simple machine!

Had a problem with the drain pump after 2 mos. Tech came out within 2 days and replaced. Overall, we are pleased with this washer.

Had it for two weeks, wouldn't wash clothes and have already returned it.  LG Customer Service was a huge hassle and could not assist me.

Skip This Top Loader - Agitator Does Not Cut It

Normal cycle: too little water and weak agitator action. Also, it doesn't spin the washed items dry enough.

I don't know what i like about it! I still havent recieved it! its been 3 weeks and still no washer! oh i get the run around froms Sams club, LG and now the delivery men also ! My advice is rent a u-haul and go pick it up yourself in Polk county! oh but for some reason they only have 1 of these washers in stock, just 1! its been 3 weeks of passing the buck! I want my washer !!!!

It works well on larger loads but there is too little water on small loads. It needs to have more water level adjustments. I have no complaints about the cleanliness of my clothes in larger loads but some things don't even get wet when you have a small load.
