Easy to use menu screens

This is my 4th Samsung tv. I like the free programs available along with the ease to figure things out. My only complaint is the new remote control is not user friendly period. I use my older ones.

Great features

I'm very happy with my new TV. My only disappointment was that I did not have voice recognition. Alexa and I had to buy a different remote enable to have voice recognition as long as the TV last long it was a great deal. It does have great features

Missed potential

The picture is good the speakers are awful, there's no way to go directly to a channel without scrolling. The blue tooth is not the latest considering the set was recently manufactured. I gave it 3 stars for picture quality.

Regarding audio issues, there are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. 2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode. To select a channel on your TV, press the 123/Settings button on your remote. Then select the number keypad and enter the channel number. The Bluetooth in the DU7200 TV is up to date and should connect to your external Bluetooth devices. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you! Great TV at great price

As always Samsung does not disappoint. This TV has great picture and sound! Like all electronics it was a bit challenging to get up and running but phone support helped although it too two calls to get the right tech.

Great features

What a picture

Samsung 50 inch crystal uhd
