I Love my new bed! I sleep much better now. I love the fact that you can lift both the head of the bed and the foot of the bed. Both at the same time if you wish. I haven't experienced anything about the bed that I do not like. It certainly has made my life a lot better by giving me more comfortable sleep ! MMJ

When my son was ready for his "adult" bedroom set we bought him a Tempur-Pedic. We all love them! Delivery ad set-up was definitely white glove.

Ok, so, we kept our previous Serta Pillow top mattress for 20 years, rotating it twice a year, flipping it over, and top to bottom. It was old but it still felt good. I had a Terpur mattress I bought in Hong Kong...it is the original product and not the USA licensed product. It started to delaminate after 5 years and since ai moved back to Hawaii, I could not make any adjustments with the original Tempur company. So far, this USA mattress gives me the comfort that I wanted and has decreased my back aches. I have a concern, though...will this mattress start to delaminate because I also have a Tempur-pedic adjustable bed frame and I like to raise the head and leg when I watch TV in bed. Other than that concern, I am happy with my purchase.

I bought a king-size version of this mattress four years ago and loved it. Because my guest room had a queen-size mattress in it and most of my guests were couples, I felt compelled to move the king mattress to the guest room. That resulted in me moving the queen mattress from my guest room into my bedroom. It was not a Tempur-Pedic mattress but, although it was like new , it didn't measure up to the comfort of the king mattress that I had sacrificed for the comfort of my overnight guests. Tempur-Pedic mattresses aren't inexpensive, so I waited a long time to treat myself to the much-nicer mattress for myself. My whole body feels better after sleeping on the new mattress and I just ordered pillows to complete the experience. The mattress is very heavy, which gives me a workout when I change the sheets, but I knew that before I bought the second bed and was willing to work a little harder in order to experience the greater comfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were a bit skeptical of the price given competing mattresses, but this is hands down the best mattress I've ever slept on. I didn't even realize I had as much back pain as I did until sleeping on this. Within weeks it was gone.

I've had the Pro Adapt Firm model for a few weeks and at this point the mattress has exceeded my expectations. The first couple nights took some getting used to because of the firmness and the memory foam feel. Each night the bed becomes more comfortable and supportive. It's been such a long time since I actually didn't want to leave my bed in the morning and I look forward to going to sleep every night. Def not cheap but I look at it as a solid investment in my health and quality of life. Worth every penny.

I paid thirty-seven hundred for this mattress less than 3 years prior to writing this review. The sidewall where I get onto the bed has collapsed and there is a massive section of mattress that is sagging about 10 inches. Sometimes I have even rolled off the bed there. I filed a warranty claim which was rejected. They made several assertions about why it was rejected none of which actually applied to my mattress. They claimed the cover was damaged even though the cover was not even on it in the photos I sent. They claimed I did not use a cover despite there being a cover on the same reciept. In fact I have used two covers most of the time. They then claimed it mattress had not been stored properly but it had never been stored and was in the same place on the same base when it was delivered. The damage was literally only because on getting on and off the bed. I am not overweight or anything like that either. If they think I am just going to stay silent after spending so much less than 3 years ago they are mistaken. I am not faced with taking the company to court to get this solved. Terrible company, terrible product.
