I currently have this TV in my Guest Room and the picture quality of the TV is great for them and was thinking about getting a soundbar for it but the TV itself sounds great. I also have other TCL TV’s I definitely prefer the Roku version compared to the Google as the set up process was a lot longer and the remote on the Roku is smaller which I like better. But overall a great TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were really happy with this item. The images are very clear and it was really easy to connect and use the smart features. The remote is basic enough that our young kids are able to use it very easily as well. The speakers are pretty basic but give a good and clear sound.

I've now had this TV for just over 12 months. For the first 7 months or so the TV was awesome. I was reluctant to get a Google TV as I have had one in the past from another company and had nothing but issues with it. But I had great experiences with the TCL Roku TVs, so I gave this TCL Google one a shot. About 6 months in, it had small light bleed in the corners, but it wasn't noticeable unless watching really dark scenes. Now i have light bleed about two thirds of the top half of the screen, and about a third of the bottom. It is also noticeable during medium lit scenes. When I first purchased the TV, the menu was crisp and fast. Response was fast to my inputs. Now, it takes forever to load anything, if it even loads it at all. Half the apps get stuck on their loading screens, or crash when trying to watch a movie or show, sometimes automatically restarting the entire TV. A few apps I have to go into the settings, manually stop and reopen for them to work. The TV is approximately 20' from the router, showing great wifi connection to a half-gig/second internet service, and fully updated. I am disappointed in TCL and will definitely not be getting another Google TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv is great quality. Took absolutely forever to completely update and I had to download two apps for full access to all the features. Once everything is up and running it’s great but took me about an hour. Plan at least 45 minutes of your time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, the setup is super easy. The picture quality is fantastic for gaming as well as streaming all my favorite shows. Sound quality is almost perfect. it just needs a little tweaking in the sound menu and remote simple and easy to use.

Being a smart TV there are so many options and apps you can do with it the sounds quality is incredible it is super easy to navigate with the remote and has great connection to my WiFi networks. As a gamer I would highly recommended this TV!

Sharp picture, easy to operate, and the remote is compatible with all the other TCL TVs in the house (which is great when you can’t find one!) the Roku operating system is smooth and simple. Sounds great - and easy to cast to!

The picture is beautiful and clear, the sounds is perfect, and the apps are so easy to connect to and use through the remote. It a perfect kid TV and they love it!
