Weird reviews

Pretty much every review mentions how great the support team was to work with. Who needs to work with a support team to turn a tv on? TBD if this is actually a good purchase.

The Best of the Best

Great Support from Taylor!

I’m writing to compliment Taylor for assisting me today. Taylor was extremely nice and very patient while troubleshooting my TV issues. The TV is okay, but the service Taylor provided was outstanding!

Great features and customer with Joan

external problem

had my tv a week had no problem with tv this was external but,RAN did spend time and all her expertise to try to resolve my problem much appreciated .

Great guyyyyyyy easy to deal with super cool

My tv wasn’t loading the keyboard and Tim was able to figure out a way to factory reset my tv without the keyboard major headache prevent thanks a lot tim!
