Plush is Soft. Maybe Medium is Better
Purchased King Plush Style. Wife is 130lbs and I am 200lbs. She is doing Well. I am feeling Sunk in already. Heavy Mattress. Overall Rate it a C. My hips when im on my back and side go in to far leaving my lower backside uncomfortable. I am 6ft tall so I'm not like im a huge guy. Unsure of this purchase. Maybe Medium would have been better.
mattress was lopsided, the latex pad was not centered on the springs. the cover was too big for the bed. i tried 2 beds with same results. Getting sams to pick up the beds was nor a pleasant experience. i would not recommend this bed. i dont understand why this bed was given great test result on a leading reporting service.
"Hotel Premier" Experience… If That Hotel Is a Ha
Where do I even begin with the Member's Mark Hotel Premier 14" Hybrid Mattress? Let me start by saying the word "Premier" is doing some very heavy lifting in that product name — unlike the mattress itself, which can't even support a small child without swallowing them whole like some kind of foam-padded Venus flytrap. I've slept on air mattresses at 2 a.m. after Thanksgiving dinner that offered more structural integrity than this thing. Calling it a "hybrid" is generous — it's a hybrid of disappointment and regret. Fourteen inches of mattress and somehow every single one of them is useless. My kid sits on it and practically disappears into the abyss like it's a memory foam black hole. The only thing this mattress is firm enough to support is my growing resentment toward Sam's Club. Speaking of which — let's talk about that famous "Satisfaction Guarantee." You know, the one proudly plastered across their website and membership materials? Turns out it comes with a silent asterisk that reads: unless it's this mattress, in which case, good luck and may God have mercy on your spine. I tried to return it and was met with more resistance than the mattress has ever provided my back. Apparently "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" is more of a vibe than an actual policy. So here I am, stuck with a $400 slab of lies, sleeping like I'm suspended over a pit of marshmallows, wondering what I did to deserve this. If you're looking for a mattress that functions as a mattress, keep scrolling. If you're looking for an oversized, overpriced dog bed that will also teach you a valuable lesson about reading the fine print — this is your guy. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Would recommend to my neighbor who keeps parking in my spot.
DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS! Worst quality control!
DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS! DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS! DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS! If the above warning doesn't convince you, I'll explain why. I bought this mattress to replace a Sealy I bought at Sam's over 11 years ago. The advertised features seemed convincing, and I liked the idea of it being a hybrid mattress because I'm not completely sold on all foam construction. I was also skeptical of a king size mattress being compressed into a relatively small box, but I reluctantly decided to buy it anyway. This ended up being one of the worst decisions I've made in my life. After bringing the mattress home and opening the box to allow it to expand, I was shocked to see that the mattress is folded and rolled under compression. I was thinking there's no way that the coils could not be compromised with this packing method, and I would soon realize that my assumption would be correct. 1. The first thing I noticed was the awful smell coming from the mattress, resembling something like mildew. The literature that came with the mattress noted that there would be a smell and that it would subside with time. This may be true, but it's not a good user experience for something that's claimed to be a premium product. 2. The next thing I noticed was the mattress not being squared (not 90 degrees at every corner). Some of the sides were even curved and would look bad if I had put bedding on it. 3. The foam top beneath the removable cover was not applied evenly with the other mattress layers. You can see in the attached pictures how the foam top has an overhang on one side of the bed. 4. The mattress looked wavy coming out of the box, but I gave adequate time to ensure it was not a problem with the expansion process. Sure enough, the waves never went away after 17 days without sleeping on the mattress. This is the number of days that passed before the attached pictures were taken. 5. The mattress is not true to size as other commenters have mentioned. It was at least 3" too short in some areas, less in others because of the cruved edges. 6. The worst part of all this is the lack of customer support from Sam's. I would not be able to return the mattress the same way I bought it from the store because it came compressed in the box, and I was told that I would have to return it to the store. This is now a huge inconvenience because I don't have a vehicle large enough to transport the mattress in its expanded state. I'll like have to rent a moving truck to finally be done with this poor excuse of a mattress being marketed as a premium product. I have enjoyed being a Sam's Club member, but this experience really has me thinking I should drop my membership and join their competitor that opened a location across the street. I am appalled by the lack of quality control on this mattress. There's no way that the manufacturer is held to any standard, and the worst part is that it's made in the USA, which is supposed to offer the best quality money can buy.
Run and Hide
Avoid at all costs. Mattress started to break down within weeks. And now I am dealing with customer service and that is a useless and extremely exhausting experience. Return started on 2-9 and it is 2-20 and I am still waiting for a call from the carrier. Have called Sam's Club 5 times now and each time am told ATI will contact you in 24 to 72 hours. Do not buy a mattress from Sam's. Quality is garbage and customer service is even worse!!!!
Terrible quality
I've been trying to buy a mattress for 3 years. I've bought memory foam and I hate it due to it making my hips hurt and I sink so far down into the bed I have to climb out. I thought this would be a good choice as it's hybrid. No. I got it in a box all rolled up. Opened it and let it expand. I bought the ultra plush thinking it would be perfect. It has a zip cover on it and there was tons of slack like it was missing 1/4 of the mattress. The springs were sticking out really bad. I slept on it two nights and it caused horrendous back pain. I happened to have another 3inch memory foam mattress from a camper van I sold. I forced that mattress into the zip cover and I have salvaged it. No way was I going to try to return this as I would have probably had to haul it over an hour to my nearest Sam's Club. But it was NOT worth the over 400$ I spent on it. I do not recommend.
Coming from a memory foam mattress
We had a name brand memory foam mattress for a handful of years that costed twice as much, and my wife and I like this considerably better. I'm 6'5 and weigh around 250lbs and this bed is very supportive and comfortable

 Misleading Advertising, Poor Quality
We purchased this mattress in Decembrr 1st, specifically because Sam’s Club stated it would arrive before we left for a month-long vacation. That turned out to be completely false. When we realized the delivery would be late, we attempted to stop it, but Sam’s Club’s customer service was an absolute nightmare—outsourced to a call center where communication was difficult, and in the end, they were completely useless. No surprise there—Sam’s Club’s delivery service is notoriously bad. Major Sizing & Build Quality Issues When we finally set up the mattress in January, we immediately noticed serious problems. It’s not even a true king size—it’s 3 inches too short and 1.5 inches too narrow. On top of that, the coil springs were sticking out on the ends and sides, making it uncomfortable and even painful to get in and out of bed. It feels like they forgot to add the edge band, making this mattress look and feel cheap and poorly constructed. False Advertising – NOT a Tempur-Pedic Alternative Sam’s Club advertises this mattress as comparable to the Tempur-Pedic Adapt Hybrid ($3,200 retail price)—but that’s completely misleading. My wife and I went to test the real Tempur-Pedic in-store, and there is absolutely no comparison. The Sam’s Club mattress lacks the comfort, support, and durability of a high-quality mattress. It’s just a cheap knockoff designed to trick buyers into thinking they’re getting a premium product. Deceptive Business Claims Even worse, Sam’s Club’s ad claims this company has been in business for 140 years—but in reality, they’ve only been making mattresses for a few years. This is just another marketing gimmick meant to mislead consumers. Final Verdict: A Complete Waste of Money This mattress is low-quality, falsely advertised, and sold at a price that tricks people into thinking it’s high-end. Between the delivery issues, false claims, and poor construction, this has been a frustrating experience from start to finish. If you’re considering buying this mattress from Sam’s Club—DON’T. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Would return if it wasn't a 100 mile drive
Purchased the medium and it is as to be expected for a bed in a box. However, the mattress is 6" smaller than a standard King sized mattress. Therefore, it does not fit correctly on the bed frame. Which is highly disappointing since the closest place to return is 100 mile drive.
